This was my second time visiting Michael and once again he exceeded my expectations! He is friendly and always up for good banter while giving you your award winning cut. Moments after leaving I sent a picture to my college group of friends and was immediately flooded with positive comments on my new look. Even a female friend of mine said, "I wish you looked this good in college and maybe things would be different", which hurt my feelings a bit, but regardless, I look amazing now thanks to Michael. I thought it was a bit high, but I had been out of NYC for 7 years and accepted it, and that included a tip. We start talking and she's telling me her career, how she worked at bumble & bumble and other high end boutiques. She cut my hair and then shows me to the sink??
