I ended up choosing them because all the other moving services not only offered fewer perks for more money, but were rude and pushy to close a sale - with Pack & Go I didn't feel pressured, all of our exchanges were pleasant and their rates were much more affordable. On the actual day of moving, I overestimated how prepared I would be - my place was not nearly as packed as I hoped, and they were very patient considering how much work I clearly had left to do. They immediately jumped in to help me pack and gave lots of great tips on how to pack safely and quickly. There were originally 2 crew members, and a third one joined in about an hour into the move. We got the place in a manageable condition within 3 hours, and they did more than I did the last 2 months!!! I highly recommend these guys and hope they continue to grow!!

So I checked out Yelp* to see what they could suggest and of course right at the top was Bee's Moving. Having never heard of them (since I never move, ha ha!) I was at first skeptical, especially when they told me they could move me on the date requested, then quoted me a price. (a little back story: my wife owns a commercial treadmill like those found in gyms, it weighs well over 600lbs., the company that initially moved it into our condo quoted me literally $100/lb., but Bee's charged me a fifth of that!!) After reading the reviews here I decided to book with them and waited for the big day. Remember that horrible heatwave we had at the end of June into July? Yeah, they moved all of our stuff in that with no issues whatsoever. Everything was handled carefully and professionally, they were overly polite and made sure I was completely satisfied with their service. Now comes the "above and beyond" part most people hope to get with a moving company. We had a new rather expensive washer and dryer, and there was now a dime-sized scuff on it, which had no effect whatsoever on it working properly. It is to be expected that sometimes things like this happen, esp. when moving so much stuff. Did Bee's try to place blame elsewhere? No. Did they ignore me hoping I'd just move on? No, it took one call and they more than resolved the issue, even making sure to personally followup to make sure we were satisfied. We spoke twice about the details of the move and made a booking with the date/place/time to start. I thought there would be a follow-up call in the few days prior so I went ahead and left a voice mail and text to ask a few questions and confirm the details. No response. I started to get worried. The morning time slot came and went with no acknowledgement of a delay or cancel. Nothing. I want to reiterate that I went with this company again out of a sense of trust and to have a good repeat experience because moving is literally one of life's biggest stressors and I found someone I wanted to come back to.
