If I could get this clinic negative stars, trust me, I would, by far the most inappropriate and unprofessional clinic I've ever been to. We were. Directed to this clinic for a new physician my husband wanted to try out. After the first experience, we will not go back. It started off with the staff being very rude in the front desk, those little girls had the nastiest attitude ever by far ruined our day as soon as we walked in very unprofessional do not know what they are doing, or how to speak to people very horrible customer service! I don't know what the girls name was that was attending me, but it was the two younger girls who are Latina and have the windows as soon as you enter.. they just made everything feel like we were unwelcome. Then when we were called to the back, they had to take my husband's vitals before we headed into the room. It looked like a playground back there ... to be very honest with you. I don't think half of the people working back. There are even certified. The physician his self was an OK doctor, but it seemed like he was in a rush he didn't know my husband, and it was his first time with him, but he didn't ask many questions. He just prescribed him a whole bunch of medication's. We wanted to be heard, instead of throwing all these drugs at. Then on the way out, we had to make a follow up appointment and again with the same two little girls. Was not a good experience then as well. It is just very unprofessional here. However, the pharmacy in that building is pretty quick pretty fast and the girls at the register are nicer. I will say the only thing smooth about that visit was receiving our medication's at the pharmacy. We wanted to get out of there right away. I wish I could give 0 stars. The immigration exam service at Pocare Clinic (West Allis) is very terrible. Staffs do not clearly explain the check-up procedures to patients. When mistakes occur, they blame all the patient. The receptionists speak negatively and mock patients. This clinic is irresponsible and rude. read more

I am so disgusted with this company and the lack of communication to clients My daughter was told to be scheduled and pay for an appointment to pick up lab results, as confusing as this request was- We called to see why she would have to be scheduled and recharged for another appointment to pick up results, she was told by a "receptionist" there might be some abnormality with her test and was instructed to make an appt and pay $55. When my nervous daughter arrived she was told she did not need to pay and make an appt to pick up results-My daughter then proceeded to see the MD who explained to my daughter she did not need an appt as a mother I conferenced in and spoke to Supervisor of West Allis branch Lupita also the MD- Who stated we would get a refund for the visit in the next couple of days- mind this happened 09/03- We are now 09/11 I call and continue to get the run around no return call from Supervisor- reached out to billing who now states I will need to go back to the office and fill out a form- which was never advised and discussed at the time of conversation with supervisor and MD. I then continued to ask for upper leadership I continue to get the run around and no one wanting to give there name. No Trust into who they transfer you to as I got the same people and was put on a long hold-- Ridiculous amount of time wasted with this provider ..0 stars read more

Worse place possible to go for anything. They take patients and they also do walk inside. But the clinic is always filled with so many people. The low ratings are very much deserved. Find somewhere else to go seek medical care if at all possible because this place is the absolute worst. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This has to be the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to. The scheduling and management of this place is a complete joke. The schedulers have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I had one of the schedulers ask me "if I could do her a favor and just call to schedule on Monday because she doesn't know how to schedule me with a neurologist". When I told her I didn't understand why she couldn't schedule me with a neurologist she started yelling at me over the phone and told me that she isn't going to help me. When I asked to speak with another scheduler, I was put on hold for over an hour until I finally hung up. Don't waste your time or money going to this place. Run! I was seen at the Wisconsin Avenue location and the place reaks of cigarettes and there is absolutely no way this place would ever be up to code or standard. We need to believe in yelp reviews, otherwise you will ended up in writing a review like me giving the same ratings as what majority people did. Lincon clinic: Staff dont follow scheduled times. If you are scheduled at 1pm, expect the doc to see you at around 2:30, and that too if you are lucky. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. Lab lady in Lincon is good and very professional; she does deserve to mention. Layton clinic: Staff dont care, dont listen and most importantly, they dont understand English properly. Some one called herself a manager, but she wont pickup the phone or return back to your voice messages. They simply dont care! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. They dont even maintain extra cartridge for printer, and because of that, they told me , they are running into technical issues, and I need to wait until they done fixing it for my medical reports. I am a coordinator at another medical facility and needed to speak with a provider regarding a mutual patient. The provider had called our facility and left a message with the number and their extension. I tried calling several times. The extension when dialed would just take me to the front desk that would automatically put me on hold. It took me more than a week of calls to get an actual person, who once they verified who I needed to speak with, put me on hold, I sat on hold for over 30 minutes and finally had to hang up. This is very unprofessional. The system when an extension is not available should take you to that person's voicemail. I really needed to speak with this provider in order to get care for our mutual patient that needed it. read more

I go to the Wisconsin location. And the Pharmacy is AWESOME. KhaLed AND TEQUILA are so helpful. They know me by name and acknowledge me everytime i walk in. If i do not understand medicines tgey explain until i do. I will only use this Pharmacy. read more

No seemingly trained staff, disorganized and mistake prone. Attitudes. 2-3hr long wait times-even for a Tb result reading. Nasty place. Call me for a Medicare annual wellness every single month even though already did mine. Am switching primary care provider and you should too. read more

It honestly does not deserve any stars. This is the absolute worst place to try to get a hold of somebody. Difficult to get your refills because the doctors don't sign the refill order. Frequently they make you come in for an appointment in order to get a refill. I am talking about medications that most doctors give you one year refills for. Not this place. Then they just don't fill the refill orders for the pharmacy which makes you have to call them to find out why. Then you are sitting on hold for 10-15 minutes just to find out and then they put you to voicemail They apparently think you have all the time in the world to wait for them. I chose this clinic because of the location, but nothing about this place has been patient satisfying or a positive and clean experience. I did like my NP, but I will never come back again. The service is terrible and the lobby gives me the heebee geebees. When I went to get blood work, I was passed in line by several people who were given VIP no line treatment for some reason. They came from behind the clinic employee walls which makes me think that they are friends or family of a provider. My last physical here felt rushed and i didnt feel well cared for at all. I was a long time patient, but I'm now leaving. They have gotten very shitty on how your treated. I took 2 of my sons there to see the dr. And the dr. Googled my sons symptoms, then chose what could be wrong with him and gave him pills for acid reflux, thank God we decided to go to childrens hospital of Wisconsin, he was only constipated. How can these so called drs be so dumb. And my other son had ultrasounds on his liver and kidneys "my daughter took him" and my daughter said the test results were self explanatory, but the so called dr had to Google the test results for a explanation. Please dont go there. Over crowded, sometimes violent outbursts by sick patients who are tired of waiting hours past there appt time. read more

When I first walked into the Layton Avenue location my instinct told me to run! The waiting area looked grey and dingy. The clients looked like the people who hang out in front of the Social Services office begging for money and food stamp cards. If it weren't for the fact that I needed immediate medical care I wouldn't have checked in. (FYI, the Layton Blvd location used to be a funeral parlor) When I was called to the exam room I relaxed just a little. It looked clean, just how you expect one to look. The technician who was taking my information was hard to understand, as English was obviously not her first language. Spanish wasn't either. Then a nurse practitioner entered the room... she was professional and seems to know her stuff! I required a follow up the next week, so I went back. This time I was taken to an exam room downstairs. I was left in a room that looked like it may have been an embalming room in a previous era. Children's pictures were taped to dirty looking walls, the exam table was rusty... the only comforting thing is that the paper covering it was new (I think). Anyway, if you need medical attention quickly, it's better than nothing! read more

This health clinic has really rude and disrespectful staff; it's located in a bad and unsafe neighborhood, so that is already obvious. The doctors there don't really care about what's wrong with you; they always try to deal with you as fast as possible and get out the door, and make the staff that has lower job positions than them get you to get out of the room for the next patient to come in because they are always overbooking people on purpose. I've waited 3 hours before in the waiting room, only for them to tell me that my doctor wasn't even there and won't be able to see me; they didn't even bother to tell me, yet scheduled me for that day and time because they claimed that my doctor was available. I've seen others come in waiting 4 hours to be seen, and patients that just got there entering to see the doctor before them, as well as those that got tired of waiting for so long that they just simply walked out because of how unprofessional and unorganized the staff are there. There was a time when I had to provide a doctor's referral to a surgeon by hospital policy to even be able to get an important surgery to be done, and I had to go to this health clinic EVERY SINGLE DAY to tell them to fax over my referral to the hospital because they kept saying that they were going to do it and never did; even the hospital tried to get in touch with them for x-rays and never could. I have also sat in their waiting room for 2 hours waiting to get my blood drawn, and other patients went before me; even though I was signed in ahead of them, simply because the nurse "forgot" about me. They also have a cardiologist that said nothing was wrong with my heart or chest problems and that I was "healthy", leaving me in pain to deal with for a long time. I have switched to a different clinic since then that is more organized and professional that doesn't overbook, and actually cares about my health, as well as being more affordable for my health insurance. read more
