However, it mostly clothing and jewelry, mainly in neutral tones (clothes) or statement pieces (jewelry). It also felt jam packed with inventory. I'm not sure if the shop was in the midst of restocking or resetting the floor displays, or if it's always that way, but it was definitely hard to navigate. The woman working was kind with her greeting and easily available as I browsed, but sadly this just doesn't seem like it was the shop for my tastes.

I bought a pair of slacks in my usual size, paid for them and went home. I tried them on and had to take them back, telling the sales associate that they ran very small. She informed me that Chico's had changed their sizing system but it wasn't consistent among all slacks, different styles were sized differently. So they are just like other retailers. This is a game changer for me.
