Owner Mimi didn't realize I was also Vietnamese and she started to talk bs when I told her I was coming back, immediately after I walked out the door. How professional. One thing is, how are you outside your shop, looking at other brands and than proceeds to ask me questions without even properly checking in her software system that I already had scheduled an appointment earlier in the AM. My boyfriend and I live in Philly but travel here for the awesome pedicures! They do an excellent men's pedicure and really take their time. We've found that other salons typically rush men out and don't spend much time on them but at Mimi's men give a great experience! They have a bunch of options but I love the volcano pedicure. They literally set a timer to make sure you get the full hour that is listed for each pedicure service so you know they aren't rushing you in 25 minutes. Highly recommend! Mindy does a wonderful job of making sure I'm completely relaxed and comfortable before she starts. She serviced me for the first time NYE; even stayed past business hours to soak off gel polish on my finger nails and file them for me. She's an absolute gem. Probably the best polish job I've had done on a gel mani and gel French pedi. Staff was pleasant, prices competitive.

My wife took my kids to experience manicure for the first time. What a horrible experience. The person that assisted them was rude, didn't listen to direction, and ended up giving my daughter the wrong color. Didn't bother to cut or polish their nails. The manicurist was on the phone the whole time and did such a horrible job. Save your money or do some research before coming to this place. read more

I had a phenomenal spa pedicure here. The salon is sparkling clean, and all of the technicians were exceptionally friendly.

Loved my pedicure and the thorough job they but I'm very unhappy with this place in general. My GEL polish chipped on two different fingers the very next day, then proceeded to completely peel right off of FOUR of my nails. Idk what kind of gel polish they use but it wasn't OPI or any recognizable brand-name. They did a great job otherwise but wow, what an absolute waste of time and money for my nails to be ruined the next day. I would love to go back and have them fix it but I have an event tonight and won't be able to. read more

mimi nails and spa is a nail salon i definitely don't recommend. it's very tight and not very organized. a young girl didn't know how to do nails and asked the customer "is this the tool i'm supposed to use?" then one of the workers places a dog on my lap and says "here, this is yours now" as i hold the dog on my lap and she does my nails. then i went to someone else and told her i wanted a full set and she said that would be $45. i said okay and we went on with the full set. then she goes on and doesn't put on tips for the acrylics. so then she had to re do it and fix it. then after they charge me $50 after they told me $45. the acrylics i have on now are very thick and they hurt very bad. it's been three days and my nails are still in pain. a disgrace is what i call this place. read more
