Went today for a pedicure and dazzle dry manicure. I made a same day appointment, arrived a little early and was taken back immediately to begin my service. Mandy did a great job and was attentive and efficient. She even gave me a cuticle oil pen because I have a bad habit of picking my cuticles and need to wash my hands frequently at work. I went again and had a much better experience so I can say with full confidence that the quality of the nails you get is solely dependent on the technician. Before starting I pointed out the things I wanted to avoid from the last set and asked what he'd recommend in regards to the type of extension. He suggested I try dip which I totally agree looks 100 % better. It might be due to the shape of the nail but the whole "tips sitting at a weird angel" thing was also fixed. I have zero complaints thus far and I'm glad I gave this place a second go. read more

Two stars only for pretty salon that was very clean. Was taken promptly after being emailed three times to remind me of appointment. Was in area visiting and based on gave it a try for simple manicure. I never had a manicure were I was soaking in water no suds, and given a quick file and color . After leaving went to Walgreens and purchased all the items and removed what they did. Had dried horribly. Redid myself with great results. Sorry I wasted $20 plus tip. I believe if I wanted more services such as gel or dip nails they would have paid more attention. Would never go back and would not recommend to friends in area. read more

Was also told that the gel x set was cheaper not the case. As I sit at my desk this morning I can't help but to think about the way I was mistreated while in your establishment over the weekend. On Monday's I am usually overjoyed to show my staff my freshly painted manicure, but today I look at it and I am just reminded of a bad experience. For starters I was promised a $25 credit but as I check my statement I see that I was charged an additional $15.00 fee. The only additional service I received was a "Glitter Polish" on my ring finger. Just to make sure that I understand correctly, I was charged an additional $15.00 for "Glitter Polish". I wasn't awarded what I was promised and to top it off I was overcharged for poor service. read more

Both times that I went to the salon I had a terrible experience. When I go to nail salons I look at the place first, I look at the work, and then I see how the people treat me. This place is pretty and is very clean externally; But when you start looking at the details you can see that its not that clean. some examples are the brush they use for your pedicure it's very dirty, they use the water that you put your feet in to clean the equipment used for your nails, God knows what else- but thats what I saw at the time I was getting my pedis done. Also They didn't do a good job on my nails, if you look from afar it looks fine, but again for the money that I'm paying i expect a great job. The picture of my foot you can see that it wasn't fully painted with the top coat, in other toes you can see that it needed more of the color polish. For my hands she used a mechanical nail filer that is used for fake nails to remove the cuticles, i had bad experiences with fake nails before so Of course i asked what was she doing and she explained but then looked annoyed. Bebe was the one that took care of me and she was rude, I understand lack of knowing the language since I'm bilingual myself but the way she spoke to me and her tone just wasn't needed, one of the examples was when I got confused with what she was saying and she said just give me your hand with a very irritated tone. The whole experience was very uncomfortable, when i think about going to nail salon i expect to be a positive surrounding where we can just be friendly and talk about whatever. But literally, me and my friend were so uncomfortable the place was dead quiet even with other costumers present. Other things happened and I could give more detail but these were the most important. I paid 80 something dollars for mani and pedi. read more

I traveled with my friend 40 minutes from Hightstown, the place was very nice and neat but the man who attended me was not kind to me at all, he held my hands as if it were a toy, he was not at all delicate then he was leaving one nail longer than the other and I tried to tell him and he was angry as if to say "it's my job, I know what I do" I did my nails in the shape of almonds and some nails have the shape and others don't, I'm really interested in this salon that's why I took the time to travel 40 minutes with my friend and I didn't like the attention or my nails and I had to pay $72 for it, I would have been happy if I had done a good job but it wasn't. In addition, my friend also had a bad service, the woman cut her nail very deeply and she went home with pain in her nail. To be honest I expected more from this place. read more

The salon is well decorated and pretty clean. Had an appointment and waited around 5 minutes. I showed a design and was just pointed to the gel book. My "almond" nails that I asked twice to be filed more round look like claws and are even more crooked than before. First time going here after seeing the great work they post on instagram, but will not be coming back. Poor work and overpriced, disappointed. read more

Worst pedicure. Lady didn't seem interested in doing my feet. Wasted $45 because it was not worth it at all.

Awful customer service. Nails were always done well but will never ever be back. First was told they "didn't have time" to do what I wanted on my nails so could only get a pedicure.... Had to go back another day for my nails. No more than 2 customers in there at any time yet you need an appointment over a week in advance. A nail tech made a face, shook her head and said "wow" with an attitude to my broken nails that I was coming in to have done. Then rushed to finish. Unacceptable. After booking my last appointment a week in advance, I showed up and they had CANCELLED my appointment. They were texting and calling the WRONG number to confirm the appointment! They told me to wait ten minutes & they could fit me in.... Even though I was on time for my original appointment. Waited 25 minutes and walked out. Place is a joke. Save your $ for a place that appreciates you as a customer. read more

Nice salon, clean and comfortable environment. Price was ridiculous -- $70 for a refill. She added chrome to my nails which I did not ask for. The cost an extra $20 which I did not know, nor did she inform. She did a good job on the nails overall but the heights are uneven. I honestly would go back considering worse experience in other salons but be sure to ask for the price before they touch your nails. Found this salon on IG was very excited to try as I have not been happy with previous place. Tiffany did my gel mani and spa pedi and Zo did my sisters we raved the whole way home! I went to the salon for the first time, and had a complete sticker shock. I went in requesting a gel refill, with two broken nails. Their website stated that their refill prices start at $37, no big deal, As most places in the area charge $35-$40 for a gel refill. Well, not this place. They charge $37 just for the refill, then an additional $15 for the gel polish, then I did get the French ombre, which was an additional $20! Oh and those broken nails I had were $5 a piece to fix, say what? I have been getting my nails done for more than 20 years and never have I ever paid $82 for a refill, I don't think I ever paid that much for a full set with French included. Again most places charge $40 max for a refill, polish included, and most times a broken nail is included in the refill price. Even if you take away the French ombre, $52 for just a refill, no design, no nothing, is way too expensive in today's times. I don't care how clean the salon is, or how good the technicians are, that is insane, and because of that I will not be returning to this salon, nor will I be recommending it. read more
