What a stand up guy. Both the owner, Mr. Kim and Robert have decades upon decades of experience, which is very important. Sometimes the customer doesn't exactly know what he/she is asking for, or what the finished product is going to look like. That's where their experience comes in and they explain to you all of the capabilities and limitations, and how all of that will affect the finished product. My experiences with other places is that they do exactly what you ask for, provide no expertise, and when the finished product is all jacked up, they blame you for it.
