As usual Midas lived up to their reputation. I bought 2 tires for a utility trailer back in May of 2019, these tires may have 500 miles on them. 1 leaked down and as I am airing it back up the back side exploded, so the tire is ovouslly defective. The condescending manager tells me "you didn't buy the road hazard" I explained again that I was just putting air in the tire. Again she said I would have to have the road hazard. Undoubtedly Midas can take down negative reviews because this is not the first time I have had problems with them, never really expected them to do the right thing, just thought I would check and see if they may have leaned how to keep a customer. They haven't and I guess the owner doesn't care. That's fine I will never darken their door again. Please stay away from these people you will not be happy with any aspect of your visit. On our way home from Pensacola, FL, to Petersburg, IL, our car broke down on Interstate-65 in Alabama. I called the nearest Midas store in Clanton, AL, while we were stranded on the busy highway. James recommended a good tow company, ordered the needed parts, recommended a great hotel and drove us there. The next day, he and his staff fixed our car, picked us up, and brought back to the store. The staff of the Midas store in Clanton, Alabama, went above and beyond the call of duty to get us back on the road to home. We will never forget how they helped us in our time of need. read more

I have used Midas several times now and each and every time the manager James has gone above and beyond in taking care of my needs. This last time I called up and asked him if he could put an alternator on my 07 Honda Odyssey as when I tried to do it myself I wasn't physically able to get to it without taking other things apart. he said sure thing and then I said i have another question.. can ya give me a ride back home and come get me when its finished as I had an important meeting that day with my health care team at my home.... he said SURE its no problem... WOW JUST WOW! I live about a mile from the store which I realize isn't a horrible long way to walk but with the heat and my health it was an impossible feat for me to accomplish that day. JAMES SAVED THE DAY! and he got my vehicle back in running order which had been sitting on the side of the road for nearly a week! read more

Me and my friend got amazing service at Midas today. Ms. Robbie helped a lot with what was wrong with my car, she gave us great customer service. I went to the store for a routine oil change and ended up needed 4 new tires. I didn't have the money to replace all 4 at that time and the owner Jack was so helpful and paid for the other 2 tires out of his own pocket. He wanted me to be safe on the road! My nephew was in town and his truck broke down. The good people at Midas went above and beyond duty to get him back on the road again. One of their mechanics even came into work on his truck on his day off. Very, very impressed. Would highly recommend them to everybody. read more
