I had a great 4 star experience renting space at The Dome on Nisqualli. We urgently needed two…read moreseparate offices to take a two-hour Zoom meeting and called them a few hours prior. Curt was incredibly helpful and accommodating right from the start. Payment via credit card was seamless, and the process was super easy. Curt even texted us a map of the office building and clearly directed us on which rooms to use. The office itself has a nice aesthetic, very modern with a white and gray color scheme and sleek glass tables. The chairs were perfectly comfortable, though they did have some noticeable scratches and patches on them from use. I really appreciated the amenities in my room; there was a printer you could easily connect to via an app if you needed to print, and the thermostat was zone-controlled for that specific room, meaning I could set the temperature exactly to my liking. My only real critique and suggestion for improvement is to install actual locks on the office doors. While I was in the middle of my important meeting, someone barged right into the room, even though the light on top of the door was glowing red to indicate it was occupied. Obviously, this isn't the fault of the owners, but people are idiots and don't pay attention to indicator lights. It was highly disruptive, especially when the entire purpose of renting a private conference room was to ensure I could be in a meeting completely undisturbed. Aside from that one hiccup, Curt was wonderful and very pleasant to do business with. It's a fantastic, modern workspace option, and with a simple lock addition, it would be absolutely perfect!

I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and as of yesterday the case was closed as NOT RESOLVED due to Michele Maria and CO lack of response. Please think carefully before getting involved with this company.

The owners are amazing and super helpful with anything you might need. Fast wifi, free drinks, and amazing coworkers. The space has multiple areas that you can work in: rooms with tables that can be rearranged for meetings or events, seating areas for casual discussions, and booths for when you need to take a call. The area doubles as an art gallery and is beautifully curated with work from local artists as well! Great co-working space in Riverside. The guys that run it are always super accommodating when I need a meeting room. Very cool and inspiring place. I love all the art on the walls. Love that they are super reliable when I have a package come in. I let them know when something is on it's way and they email me as soon as it arrives and then lock it up in a secure place for me. Somehow they always seem to remember my name and details about my business- it's nice to have someone ask you about your business. Friendly people who go above and beyond for their coworkers. I love the unique vibe of Mind & Mill. It's a great place to meet clients, to host events or meetings, or to simply get focused on work. The space has rotating, local art which is always fantastic to browse on breaks from working. There are lounge areas as well, arcade games, and a kitchen. Depending on your needs, there is plenty of open, common space and several more private spaces. The standing desks are great! The staff are really cool and helpful as well. Mind and Mill is not only a beautiful venue for events, but it is also a uniquely creative and convenient space for diverse thinking and studious working. Every inch of their space lends itself to the pursuit of creative thought and the promotion of entrepreneurship. Wonderful folks! I'm a private contractor and work from home when I'm not traveling. It's amazing to be able to come here and get caught up on work without the distractions from home. it's a beautiful setting and it's always very clean. The yoga studio I manage is under construction and the awesome guys at Mind and Mill gave us one of their rooms to practice in during construction. The building is beautiful inside and located right in the historic downtown Riverside. The staff are incredible and the beer in the fridge makes you want to stay even when you're off work. read more

Carli (the amazing community director!) was able to do a same-day walk-in tour and walked me through the various membership options and perks that came with each. I ended up opting for just a desk space since I didn't need much beyond a desk, speedy wifi, and phone booths for calls. The membership also comes with complimentary conference room bookings and printing, which is huge if you ever need it. The office itself is very well kept and fully stocked with snacks and drinks. Overall, the space exceeded my expectations, and I'm sad to be leaving -- but I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again. What stood out immediately was that she never tried to push or sell us on anything. At several other venues we visited, we felt pressured right away, but that was never the case here. Instead, she simply provided us with brochures, menus, and helpful information about packages and vendors and told us, "It's your day -- make it personal. You tell us what you want." That approach alone sold us. We booked the venue a year in advance, and throughout the planning process the team was incredibly supportive. Even when a few things changed along the way -- like DJ adjustments, officiant changes, and other small details -- they worked through everything with us and made the process feel manageable. We're truly grateful for that. We made several appointments with Elvia our decorator who is an absolute gem and went above and beyond ensuring that our colors and placements and every small detail was tended to and we were absolutely happy with how she put things together! We had our wedding last night, and we want to sincerely thank Desire, Josie, Elvia, Melissa and Nichole the floor captains, David the bartender, Desmond and his security team, and the busser Ryan. Their planning, execution, professionalism, and friendliness did not go unnoticed by us or by our guests. I want everyone reading this to know that weddings and events take planning and all these wonderful people working here need from you is communication. When you don't have that, don't be surprised when things are missing or if theres confusion. It's not the venues fault.
