When I entered, staff welcomed me and showed me where the water was and the bathroom. Once it was my time, Meredith met me in the lobby and then walked me back. I told her I was looking for a massage that focused more on my back and feet as that is where my pain was. She started me on my belly and focused on my back. At one point she ended up using hot stones which I did not expect, but it added to the experience. Then she focused on my calves and feet. It was all a good pressure.
