I've been going here for a better part of this year. I started with Dr Summer, who is profoundly talented. I have never felt so relaxed after a Chiro session, ever. She works gently to release fascia, helping my body heal old injury and compensations I've unconsciously made to balance those injuries. After getting great relief, and going for a few months, she referred me to her Biomechanics Specialist, Shannon. Honestly, I had no idea what she was sending me to. I have had bad experiences with Dr's referrals and was suspicious. All my fears melted the moment I met with Shannon. She was wonderful. Kind hearted, wonderfully talented, and so skilled at her trade, I want everyone to visit her. (I didn't believe that Beka, at the front desk, had wanted to, or reason to go to her for 2 years, now I know WAY better!). I've been seeing Shannon now for 3.5 months. I can officially say she is a magical person. She studies the body in a way I've never encountered from any professional, other than the wonderful Chiropractors at Clear Point of course! She can see each persons body in such an honest way, that her assistance is always tailored and precise. She has helped me with a severe neck injury that resulted from me falling down stairs and landing on my jaw. Something I thought could never be helped. This in addition to the many injuries from my horse riding, high school rodeo days, I'm primed for a fixin'. Dr. Summer knew what I needed and after she treated me and properly evaluated my needs and limitations, had no problem sending me to the right person. I cannot thank her enough for knowing so much and doing that. This is a truly wonderful place. I'm elated that I've found it, and have found real relief. NO longer do I get cracked in 20min. and leave, needing a re-do in 30 days. They work towards actual healing, and while it's not cheap, and insurance isn't covered at pay out, but is a reimbursement, I make every effort to fit in my sessions. It is really that important to me. Last but not least: Shannon also tailors her work to each person. Me, being a regular yoga practitioner, responds well to energy work and the verbiage used in that work. She has been able to help me connect with my body in a way that has helped me with personal therapy, something I never expected and couldn't have asked for better. I've been working with Shannon Rashap for about a year. Last year I was diagnosed with a meniscus tear and osteopenia and the doctor recommended exercises to strengthen the muscles surrounding my knees in order to avoid surgery. Believe it or not, I was referred to Shannon Rashap by a Ki Hara specialist in Miami! I was told Shannon had received Ki Hara training from them and was one of their star students! A super plus was that Shannon was also certified in Pilates, which I also wanted to do. When I started working with Shannon I was wearing knee braces to help with the pain when I walked...now I don't even know where my braces are!!! Like my 22 year old son said when I took him to Shannon for calf pain, "Shannon is a magician!" My husband is tired of hearing me say "Shannon is awesome" " Shannon is amazing". One day early on Shannon asked me if I had been wearing high heels, which I usually didn't. I said yes! How do you know!!?? And she told me she just knew, she could tell from feeling my muscles!!! Shannon knows the human body incredibly well. She explains things to me in a way I can understand and helps me translate her words into movement through incredibly helpful cues. She is also incredibly patient and resourceful, because sometimes I'm a little slow and don't get what she wants me to do or feel, so she finds creative ways to show me or tell me. I feel stronger now than I have felt in a long time. I'm doing exercises with Shannon that I couldn't imagine doing one year ago. I completely trust Shannon and know that she won't make me do something I'm not ready or strong enough to do. And...I haven't had the need to see the knee doctor since last July. I'm trying to get into yoga, and Shannon is helping me make sure I do things the right way and avoid hurting my knees. She also tells me how to avoid injuries if I want to go to Zumba :) Finally, I must say...Shannon is a great listener!!! I love going to my sessions and I always look forward to them. Let me start by saying, up until a few months ago I was living in pain. My neck has been a wreck for 3 years. So much so that it was hard to turn my head while driving. I have gone to another chiropractor, I've also had injections, and had X-ray and an MRI. They could never find anything! I even changed my diet and eliminated corn, wheat, soy, dairy, and sugar. That helped ease the pain but it didn't go away. Around November my massage therapist noticed my hip was higher on one side. Ah no wonder I've been having hip and lower back pain! More massage, more adjustments and only temporary relief. Now enter Dr. Summer at Clear Point. I went to see her twice in early March for my initial evaluation and treatment. After about the 4th visit I felt like a new person! Now I see her every 2-3 weeks for maintenance and I am about 96% better! I'm not kidding. I can dance and touch my toes! I can do yoga! Life is so much better! Now before you go thinking she's like all the other's, she isn't. This is not a crack and whack sort of place. They spend 30 minutes to a full hour depending on what you've booked. She goes around touches here, adjust there. But it's small movements, nothing that is going to injure you. I sought her for TMJ and Vertigo and am continuing to see her to extend and expand further healing (neck, back, and joints in general). Intuitively, her approach feels right. Dr. Jeff is not like any other chiropractor I have ever been to! Most chiropractors just adjust you and get you in and out as fast as possible. Not Jeff. He is extremely thorough and makes sure he approaches your ailment from every angle to get to the root cause. He is professional and truly gifted. Dr. Lisa is a life saver. After suffering a traumatic labor and delivery, everything was out of whack. Within weeks of starting treatment, I was starting to feel like myself again. For years I've suffered from lower back pain. Recently, after an incident that left me barely able to move, I sought the services of Dr. Luke. He is by far the best, most caring chiropractor I've been to and I feel lucky to have found him! He took the time get to know my body, it's dysfunction, and what would be the best road to take for decreased pain. He does not perform big adjustments, but rather does muscle testing to see which muscles are "on" or "off". He then does what's necessary to get "off" muscles activated. It's fascinating stuff and if you're looking for a new approach you MUST give it a shot. Oh, and my pain has significantly decreased. 5+ stars!!! read more

I started seeing Dr. Amanda Gibson for a tilted pelvic bone and calf pain about 6 months ago. The reason I picked Clear Point Wellness is for the holistic approach. It is different (in a good way) from any other chiropractor I have been to. It is not the rough, cracking, popping in to place type, instead it is a massaging and more relaxing type of chiropractic work. Dr. Amanda is very gentle and thorough in her approach. She wants to know how your body is working as a whole and will make sure she gets it working to its best ability. In addition to chiropractic care, she also helps with nutrition and exercises that will help your issues. Dr. Amanda is amazing and I am addicted to her services.
