No matter if we are meeting for a 6 PM or 6 AM workout he is upbeat, positive and full of energy. The other thing that I really love is how tailored the workout programs are to me. I have an old injury that limits some of my workout options, but Mylen just finds an alternate way for me to complete the specific exercises. I appreciate his creative solutions and always feel comfortable with him. I really trust his expertise. The other great thing about working out here is the facility. It is very clean, private, and easy to park. Since this is a true private workout session - you get a say in what type of music you want in the background to motivate you - sounds silly, but it is a definite plus! I could take the time to call out each department, but I would get repetitive. The program, faculty, and the facilities themselves were nothing short of amazing. To top all of that off they created such a welcoming environment that it made healing easier. My first day I was nervous and was immediately welcomed by both the staff and other patients.
