When choosing between an iPad prod 11 inch and thirteen inch, he told me to pass on the 13 inch and instead buy extra memory for the 11 inch for the same money. My first impression was that this store has a huge selection of merchandise neatly organized and on display. They had plenty of Pokemon card packs and individual collector cards. I asked about a video game I thought he might like. Ryan showed me the game he recommended and taught me what to look for on the packaging so I understood what gaming machines it worked on, how many players it allowed and what controllers I could use. They also have a section of gaming tables like most of these places have. All-in-all it's a great place if you're in the market for electronic games and are looking for variety and helpfulness.

So... 7+ weeks later? I'm sure it's faster when you live in Denver (we live in the mountains, 45 mins from this store). So, the timing is my biggest complaint, which started with the person who measures for them is only in our area once a week which is why it took 10 days for that to happen... and then we were working on their installers schedule. I definitely didn't expect it to take that long. It's just something to keep in mind when you're looking into flooring installations - not sure if we would go with them again (if we could find someone else who could do it faster). But, we do love the carpet! So, it's a tough call...

Setting aside how you may feel about their political behavior, it's just not a good place to shop anymore. Today I was there and they had no lint roller refills. Not out of stock, they just don't carry them anymore. A wall of essentially identical new rollers with wasteful plastic handles. Presumably they make more selling the new sets and plastic waste be damned. An entire aisle of fruit gummies and applesauce squeezy packets, not a single package of raisins. In the entire store, not even the yogurt-covered ones (c'mon, they're basically candy- surely you can squeeze those in w the other sugary garbage?). The carts at this specific store either roll badly or not at all. I could go on and on. They're all tiny little nit-picky things which seem petty to even complain about, but they add up. I guess the people who make these decisions are betting (praying?) that people will keep shopping in spite of it. *They don't care if you complain as long as you keep spending.* The only thing consumers can do is vote w our feet. This store was not only hard to find, but thinks video games are neglible to carry product. Barely any games in stock, and all of their Nintendo Switch 2 games are "Game-Key Cards," so they're basically fake physical games that require download space. The only games worth buying is Cyberpunk 2077 and Donkey Kong. Even the Playstation section is notably smaller than even Nintendo's own The toys were at least packed out, the LEGOs had some cool sets when you see them all stocked that you can almost buy an entire series in one stop, which is good.
