Tamra is a character. She is funny and has a great personality, and she knows computers. She is very skilled and a geek, but she can actually talk to you and fix your computer. I highly recommend her. Call her for software problems and computer problems.. She will save you a lot of time at a reasonable price. read more

Tamra helped me establish a link between my office computer and home computer. I had no idea where to start. Since she has helped me, I have increased productivity by being able to access work from home. Who doesn't like getting a little work done on Sunday morning with a cup of coffee? Tamra Hartman, Westside's owner is not only incredibly knowledgeable regarding computers, but she is also a joy to work with. I had a problem with my laptop, and had Tamra come over to take a look at the issue. She almost immediately figured out that I had a problem with some of the computer parts, and then took it upon herself to talk to Dell and arrange for warranty work to replace the defective parts. I didn't have to do a thing except let the Dell tech in when he came to replace the parts. Her diagnosis was absolutely correct, because my computer works just fine now. Thanks, Tamra!! read more
