Came and picked up the laptop, diagnosed the issue, replaced the RAM and hand delivered the laptop back to my college student in less than 24 hrs. And the cost was more than fair. I've been coming here since the beginning. Tim and crew never oversell, they suggest the best laptop for your needs, and the prices are more than fair. Their repair service can get backed up, but they always tell you it might take awhile if it will, and have always called me to let me know what's wrong, what they need to do and the price. This will be my 3rd laptop in 7 years, and the prices allow me to upgrade as needed. Call to see about repairs and how long they are out, but go in person to look through their laptops, and they will get you the right laptop for the right price. read more

Jeremy and Ward are the best! Very knowledgeable and helpful computer guys. I had issues with my laptop and touch screen and had went through weeks of customer support trying to solve the problem by phone. I was getting frustrated and pushed a little too hard on my screen and it broke! I took it to Rocky Mountain Laptops after reading the yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. They installed a new screen 4 weeks ago and the laptop performance has been perfect ever since. The gentleman working was very helpful which unfortunately meant I didn't need to buy a new battery but I appreciate his ability to focus on what actually helps the customer. His selection of laptops was pretty diverse and I can tell he knows more about computers and laptops than your average computer store worker. I took my laptop in about a month ago as it wasn't starting up. Even though the two people, Tim and Jackie, couldn't fix it, they worked on it for a good few weeks. Couldn't fix it, but they kept trying. I told them I would try to get a recovery disc, and I did. Those are all the positives. Unfortunately there are also a few drawbacks. They need better communication. More so Jackie than Tim. Tim I didn't interact with a whole lot, but enough for me to not write a whole lot. Jackie seems polite at first, but when you have to constantly go in because you haven't heard anything, and he gets annoyed with you, then its a different story. A few times I've gone in to check on status, it seemed he blamed me for not getting back to them. Says he left several voice mails and calls, which I did not get. So either my new phone sucks, or he never called. I only received one call since my laptop went in. The last time I went in I could hear him mutter under his breath, Great, it's her again." I don't think he knew that I heard him. Would I recommend, eh yes and no. Not sure I would go back. One reason why is I don't do well with a very strong incense and could easily get a headache. I don't mind if that's his religion, just not something I want to go through again. read more

Friendly place but service is not the best.needed a new keyboard for my lap top and when I got my computer back the keyboard was warped. Called and they said they would replace it. Waited a week the replacement came in and two keys don't work and one key is miss marked showing ALT instead of Control. Called them up and now they are going to replace the keyboard with a used one they have in their shop though I paid for a new one. Cutting my losses and taking it elsewhere. read more

This place is great. The owner is very friendly and gets business by providing great customer service rather than gouging people. The first time we went in, he worked on my wife's laptop for about half an hour, got the problem fixed, and didn't charge us anything.
