Went twice. Not very clean, floors are pretty dirty and stained. Both times the gel polish was put on very thickly and unevenly. The second time was so bad it was laughable. Huge blobs everywhere, parts of the nail not even covered. I immediately left and went to another salon to have it removed. The second salon was shocked by the appearance. It also took forever and nails were filed very unevenly and in odd shapes that took a long time to grow out. The technicians seem very inexperienced. I came to visit my parents and my mom and I decide to get our nails done. This place is big and clean but I will not recommend this place. I am 48 and have been consistently doing my nails every 2 weeks for 10 years now so I have lots of experience. The thing I hate the most is being nickel and dimed for every little thing. They charged me $5 to cut my nails!! Are you kidding me. Isn't that part of a manicure? And I get charging $5 to remove gel but if you are getting gel put back on there should be no charge. I've never been charged the removal charge when I get gel put back on. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The technicians were great and I don't blame them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also the male owner/manager was vaping in the spa. I know many people feel this is "healthy" but I don't want to be exposed to that. And also there was a pregnant lady there too while we were there and I'm sure she didn't want her baby to be expose to that either. Great first experience! I love that they explain the charges and it's funny to say this about a receipt, but it was so cool! It gave the names of the technician who performed each service and the individual charges as well! How honest! Because of this I can give a shining review to Thu who removed a previous acrylic set and gave me a new one. She was so patient and meticulous with every step, I have OCD and I was in love, they turned out beautiful! Kathy did my daughter's gel set and she was so sweet to my little 7 yr old and did a fantastic job. My daughter was so happy. Service from front staff and drinks were great too to add the perfect extra cherry. The charge may be a little higher, if at all, but absolutely worth the beauty, service and experience! 10/10 read more

this place was horrible, they dont scrub your feet just a massage that I paid almost 50 dollars for and then 55 for my nails which were really but a bit pricing for an overlay. If I could put no stars I would. They did a pretty decent job. But for being such and expensive place I expected more from them. I did a basic black French tip with some glitter and also they charge for length fyi. I got a really short set barely any nail hanging off my nails. When I got done to go pay my total was $90 that is completely unacceptable $90 for small French tip is completely and utterly ridiculous. Like we're in Texas how tf do u expect people to pay that. If they wanna. Charge that much money move to California. Maybe you'll have more customers in there. I normally get really long nails with designs for less that what I paid today. Then they had the audacity to give me a $4 voucher for next time like $4 isn't even gonna help the total at all. You literally get pay $4 just to walk in practically, and when I asked how much it would be I was told $60 total with the design. The owner or the lady that just sits around and dose nothing makes the workers hand her the ticket before we check out to see how much the workers charge my lady said it was $50 and she wrote down $50 but when she handed the lady the ticket she added a extra $5 for length even tho the lady told me it was $50 just for the acrylic and $10 for the design but when I said somthing about it the only offered me $5 off. The design was practically the same price and the acrylic. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you're not willing to pay a lot of money for your nails and to not have them be good and how you wanted them. Attempted to get a pedicure at this salon. I know that I will be labeled a "Karen", but I am compelled to vent. I telephoned to make an appointment; was asked when I would like to come. It was 11:00, so I asked if 11:30 was available. Was told yes. I arrived at 11:25, checked in and was seated at the bar area. About 6-7 minutes later I was escorted to the pedicure section, handed the menu of services and I picked the basic pedicure and chose a color. Was told someone would be with me shortly. Four others came in after me, two were seated and started the pedicure process almost immediately. The spa lady came back to me and said it would not be long-at 12:15 I walked out. I've been to Paris Lounge twice. First time was 5 star. Great pedicure, relaxing environment, good technician. I went back the next week for dip nails. The technician rushed me as I was choosing a color. I just went with clear since she was rushing me. (I didn't need old nails taken off, so I guess she just wanted to get me out of there) Within just a few days, it bagan chipping. I've worn dipped nails for years, and have never had this happen. I have to assume they use old products, because it just crumbles off the tips of the nails. read more
