Honestly, they're some of the best pies I've ever had. The crust had that perfect balance of charred and crispy on the outside, but still substantial enough to give the whole pizza some heft. Unlike a lot of thinner crust spots nothing here felt dry or brittle/falling apart every bite. The flavors were phenomenal. The Portuguese Feast had thick cut banana peppers, ground linguica and pieces of garlic that worked so well together. The Hawaiian was classic/what you'd expect. It hit that sweet-and-savory balance just right with cubed chunks of ham and pineapple. Both were a little on the greasy side, but it's the kind of good greasy you expect from a satisfying pizza...easily managed with a napkin lol.
