My appointment was confirmed, and I was really looking forward to my cupping session. I drove 40mins to the location, where I was greeted by the receptionist and Dr. Nancy. I told them both I had an appointment for noon and Dr. Nancy stated that there was one person in front of me, and I'll have to wait an additional 25-30mins. I asked why so long, and she proceeded to cut me off, and gave me an ultimatum to wait or leave. Dr. Nancy's attitude was absolutely horrible and she didn't provide any other reasonable alternatives besides leaving. I recorded the entire conversation, and will be posting online if I do not receive a refund for services I already paid for and did not receive. Dr. Nancy should be more empathetic towards her customers, especially because she doesn't have an appointment system in place. Another gentleman who also had a 12pm appointment, explained that she does this all the time, which is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. Would not recommend, Dr. Nancy is very rude, which you will see on TikTok very soon.

When I requested an appointment to be paid out of pocket, she started asking what my symptoms were and proceeded to diagnose me and told me that I would need a colonoscopy and everything would be more than $2,000.00 and that I should find another doctor. When I asked if it wasn't up to the Doctor to make that determination after an initial appointment, she informed me they didn't do initial appointments (if that makes sense at all).
