    BBQ pork bao buns

Minh's has so much to offer. The food preparation was fresh, quick service and atmosphere wise we were the only ones seated since there was only half an hour left before it closed. We were welcomed by Marcus (sweet corgi) and the owners. Owing to the rain & windy weather we were starving and feasted on the chicken fried rice, Shrimp chowmein and Pork BBQ buns (had read about the buns in many reviews). I found the pork stuffing sweet, I was expecting a spicier version. But I guess that's how they are! Otherwise soft & super fluffy. The chicken fried rice and shrimp chowmein was just perfect Good serving portions and the chilli oil served was yum. Will be visiting Minh's again to eat & meet Marcus

Seems like the one and only authentic Vietnamese place serving pho with home made broth in the area. Parking is limited so carpool if dining in. Not the usual noodles I like with pho but not the end of the world. Fairly priced. Side eye from cute pudgy corgi free of charge.

The feel of this restaurant is it's a take out place that happens to have some tables for sit in. The server I had was very nice, she was both the server in the back room where the tables were and the cashier in the front room for take out orders. I had come in from flying across the country and was starving and I did use Yelp to narrow down some places to go and eat once I got to Pullman. Since I was feeling like Chinese food, Mihn's won. I decided to do a combo with the wonton soup and almond chicken with pork friend rice. I did a quick search online for almond chicken and felt good with this choice to go into new territory. The wonton soup was fine. Little dumplings instead of larger wontons like I'm use to. The chicken and rice came out and....oh boy. So the pork fried rice really seemed like it was white rice with some sliced pork on top. Is this a Washington thing? I had never seen pork fried rice like this before. And the chicken. It was breaded fried chicken pieces in a white gloop on top. White tastless gloop. It was the weirdest food item ever. I hated it.

My team and I decided to eat here for dinner on our last day I was craving for noddle soup and ended up getting pho and fried tofu it was ok for me. Wasn't the best but it would do, search up other spots nothing else in area but I'm sure the other foods would be better, service was good, parking can be a challenge.

I will never hate on this place. Ran by incredibly loving Vietnamese people. Hurry here if you like the taste of traditional pho! I grew up eating pho and this is the only place I had wanted to really ever eat pho at. I love this place so so much definitely recommend. It also feels very much like a traditional Vietnamese restaurant!

They never get takeout orders correct. But they do keep the sweet and sour pork separate from the sauce so that pieces remain crispy.

Is this a sit down Restaurant, or take out? I keep seeing to go boxes on here.

Pretty sure you can do both. We stayed and ate inside the restaurant.

I'm gonna start off by saying that our waiter was really nice and friendly. They were honest about…read moretheir recommendations and very willing to help us out with any of our "hot pot" needs. The restaurant is nice and quiet which is so important to me because i love to run my mouth when im eating out. I got the vegetarian option, which I was grateful for because most of the times hot pot places aren't too accommodating for non meat eaters. Unfortunately my food was lacking a little in flavor. Could it have been that I got the veggie version and that sometimes flops in the flavor department? Or could it have been that I didn't select a spice level high enough? I'm not sure, but I'm willing to give it a second try's

In my Taiwanese hot pot I got a great variety of meat, fish and vegetables, much more than I expected for a great price. Service was timely, waitress was helpful, and it was a nice interior. My biggest critique is the fact that both hot pots I tried (veggie and taiwan) were not spicy in the slightest, like at all, when we got the maximum spice level. The waitress did tell us this would be the case and its clearly because of the white palates here but I was still disappointed by the fact that the hot pots didn't have the signature sichuan spice of malatangs. The numbing spiciness of chinese/taiwanese hot pot is something that sets apart this cuisine for me so that makes me sad. It satisfies my craving for now but what I really want from spicy hot pot is to see completely neon red broth.

I really enjoyed them and the sauce it came with was delicious! Decided to get two chicken dishes, pad Thai and Phad Se Ewe. I got the pad Thai at a level 2 and the phad de ewe level 3. The spice level 3 was perfect for me, a little kick but not too spicy. These portions were also huge and had plenty of left overs. Overall my favorite was the phad se ewe, I love the charred taste in the dish. The experience I had was a lot better than the last time I came and I noticed they played music this time which was great I definitely will be returning!

My favorites so far are their Massaman Curry with chicken, Yellow Curry Fried Rice with Pork, Phad See Ewe with chicken, and Pork Spring Rolls. The famous saying "Don't judge a book by its cover" applies with this restaurant. The exterior and interior looks outdated and worn down. It also lacks any ambiance because the decor is lacking and it is so quiet in there that it feels more like a library than a restaurant. However, this restaurant is a legit small family-owned and operated business and I appreciate the hard work they put in and I can tell they take pride in putting out delicious, quality food. So, don't judge this place by how it looks. If you're looking for a decent Thai restaurant, try Thai Ginger out. I look forward to dining here again the next time I'm in Pullman, Washington and trying more dishes.
