The only frustrating aspect is that it is nearly impossible to reach a live staff person by telephone. The phone tree is set up so you have to leave a message and wait for a return call, which can take several hours or days, depending on the nature of the call. This can be frustrating, and if you happen to be away from your phone at the moment they call you, you have to start over. It would be much more efficient, in my view, if they answered their phones.

Called several hours later for the second time and was told by their receptionist that she does not check messages. 3. When she answered the phone she could not be heard, sounded brain dead and was nasty and curt....all great qualities for a receptionist. The attitude that came across was "you're lucky I'm answering the phone." Dr Meyer this is a determent to your practice and poor customer service. Since that was my first exposure to your practice it makes me think that this is a poorly run office like so many doctor's offices are and one I would want nothing to do with.

There was a lot of swelling and my surgeon had prescribed meds and an injection but nothing worked. I also was prescribed physical therapy which I had done by a different provider. No help. Then I discovered this provider and, fortunately, I have been seen by one of the partners Dennis Judd. The man is a wizard. In short order he found the specific cause of my discomfort and started working in it. Within 4 sessions my pain has considerably diminished! I know Dennis has close to 50 years of experience- and it is quite apparent. I give Dennis my highest recommendation.
