First off, the young man working there didn't even greet me. When he did come to the register, I gave him a scratcher and lotto ticket to redeem. He did the lotto ticket and then scanned the scratcher and told me he didn't have enough cash to give me since they just opened, which I understood. I asked if he had at least $40 and he said yes. I went to get a drink so I could get cash back and he told me I didn't need to buy anything to get cash back. So then he told me to tap my card and didn't tell me he charged me $3.69 in addition to my cash back. I realized this after I checked my bank account. I don't know what that fee was for, but for all I know I bought him a drink. Wish I would have at least gotten a drink for that fee or been told there would be a fee. ‍ No receipt given to me either.

Thing is, I didn't order it and the delivery address was far from mine. So after some googling, I finally managed to track this place down. Now comes the review part... Ultimately the customer service was horrible. I called and asked if they'd received an order for $600 worth of liquor, to which they said they did. I gave them my name and explained that order did not come from me, as it was a fraudulent charge as I called my credit card company and flagged the charge. Needless to say, my attempts to help them went continually unheeded. They asked why I didn't cancel (you can't once the order is accepted), and I explained. I told them it was in their interest to not honor the order, unless they wanted to lose all that liquor. An hour passes, and I receive a new email. My "order" is now on it's way. Cue facepalm. In a last attempt to stop them from being ripped off, I edit the order explicitly stating the order is fraudulent and do not deliver. More time passes. Now I received a phone call from the delivery person asking me to come down, with ID, to pick up the order. Sigh... I explained, yet again, that it was fraudulent and there would be no one coming to pick up the order. No good deed goes unpunished I guess. Just avoid this place. They obviously do not care if someone fraudulently uses your cards, so long as they get their sale. Go elsewhere.
