Wowwwww, this place has one of the best variety's ever. The prices are reasonable and there's so much inventory to choose from. The service is excellent. From beer, tequila, whiskey,vodka and spirits etc etc etc. There's so much here it's hard to mention everything. Very well organized.

I was originally going to get a 1942 don Julio but asked for his opinion and one of his recommendations was the Dos Artes and it turned out to be one of the best tequila I've had so far. Definitely recommend going here

Usually fine place to come and grab spirits. But unfortunately today I was over charged and the there was a language barrier and the young guy at the register tried to make it right which I appreciate by offering me 1 extra 100 ml whiskey. So I bought: 2 bottles for $7 100 ml JD whiskey 5 little chocolate bottle 65cent each just round up $5 And 2 $2 dollar scratchers = $4 Which should have been around $16-18 max I was charged $32.89 at approximately 10pm And it already had taken off my card And cashier got very none understandable Check your cameras! Yall low key robbed me fam. read more

If you're thinking of stopping by Tequila Ranch Liquor Mart, be prepared for some sticker shock when it comes time to pay. While the store has a decent selection of liquor, they hit you with an outrageous 10% surcharge for using a credit card. Yes, you read that right--10% more just for the convenience of swiping your card instead of paying with cash. In an era when most businesses are moving toward cashless payments, this feels like a greedy and outdated practice. It's one thing to charge a small fee to cover processing costs, but 10% is absurd. To make matters worse, there's no prominent sign warning customers about this fee--so you might not even realize you're getting overcharged until you're at the register. The receipt doesn't show the breakdown but just a section that says, Taxes & Fees. It's a shame because the store is well-stocked, but this ridiculous surcharge is enough to make me take my business elsewhere. If you're planning to shop here, be sure to bring cash--or better yet, just shop at a place that doesn't try to gouge you for using your card. read more

Walked in to buy some water and electrolyte drinks. I get to the counter. The female behind the register is unashamedly staring into the monitor watching my every move. Spying on me. When I confronted her she denied it. After speaking to her a bit after I decided to patronize this business I found out that the bosses demand she watch everyone like that, that they'll blame her for not being more vigilant if shoplifters steal product. "Couldn't you see how they were dressed?" is what she quoted them as saying to her. I was wearing $1,000+ Burberry shoes and a matching $700 phone case so I guess they spy on everyone. It's belittling and embarrassing to be openly watched like this. And I didn't like her dishonesty and disingenuousness. They seriously expect people to pay their extremely high and jacked up prices just for the privilege of being openly spied on and surveiled like a common criminal or like a trespasser? This is by far the best Liquor Store I have ever been to. They have such a great selection and they're very affordable. But most importantly the staff is amazing!! I have never been to a place where every single employee demonstrated impeccable Customer Service. If I could I would give them 10 stars. We stumbled upon this place and it was a very pleasant surprise. The customer service on the phone and in the store is great! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They have a great selection of craft beer and you can choose the beers of your liking to create a six pack. Some of our favorites are: Belching beaver Viva La Beaver, Guinness IPA, and they have a gray selection of ciders. I highly recommend this place. read more

This is the worst Place to buy alcohol. Their prices are to high and the service is bad. I bought an overpriced tequila bottle and an hour later wanted to return it (still unopened) and they said there's a California law that prohibits the return of alcohol. I look in the internet about it and says that you can return unopened alcohol. So, I guess they just want to make up laws and keep your money. read more

Visiting family in Cali and stumbled upon this place. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Had a great time learning about all the craft beers and which ones were worth trying. There is a sandwich shop inside the store with awesome food! Everything looked great but I had the Cuban sandwich, tons of good quality meat! Nice variety of liquor here. Prices aren't as good as Mission or Remedy out by Glendale/Pasadena but still much more reasonable than hitting your local liquor store. They do carry a lot of high end items like Remy Louis XIII which i was a bit surprised to see. The store itself isn't much to look at but just by virtue of their stock and prices, it's probably worth a stop if you're in the area.

The guy at the counter has always been personable but today he showed that he's just another liquor store owner who visits his prejudices upon his customers. I escorted my wife in in order to buy lottery tickets for her father. As she did that I went to the water section to perhaps make a selection but I decided against it. As I approached my wife at the counter the young guy purposefully and with intent looked down concentratedly into my white colored shopping bags. It was a focused, view he took, he was obviously trying to see inside the bags to look for merchandise he erroneously and quite foolishly suspected me of stealing. All I had in the bags were a few pieces of Rocky Mountain Chocolate candy and my wife's leftover breakfast from Ruby's Diner in the 2 small bags, as we'd been to the Citadel Outlets; we didn't buy anything else there because she took ill and we had to return early. But back to the store counter, the guy was practicing appearance-based discrimination and he was visually subtly accusing me of shoplifting. He knew it and I knew it. He resented being called out on it so his true persona surfaced. I held up my bags to him stating, "I'm not a shoplifter so don't look into my bags like that, come on." He pretended to not understand me. After I repeated myself, he angrily said, "It's MY STORE, I'll look at whatever I Want to!" I laughed, because he'd just admitted to practicing the prejudice and discrimination I'd just accused him of. He then tried ridiculing me to my wife: "Are YOU with him?" The guy isn't the kind and cool dude he pretends to be. He's just another heavily-accented liquor peddler who doesn't trust anyone and isn't afraid to show it. I'm not going to spend my money at places where I'm assumed to be dishonest. And why would I want to after being accused of shoplifting? Does this guy know what's going on in this country right now? I've been a regular customer of Tequila Ranch for several years now. They have a great selection of wines, beers, and specialty bottles, which I purchase on a regular basis. I had always had a great experience shopping there, as all of the employees were very friendly and helpful in helping me find what I needed. One employee even remembered after not having seen me for a month, he said (in Spanish), "We have that bottle you were looking for." It was a bottle of Kraken rum, and I was so impressed that he remembered after a month had gone by...I purchased the bottle right away. Several days ago, I went into the store as it was opening. I made a comment to a gentleman who was brining out the statue that stands in front of the store. I said, "I didn't realize it was so light". He kind of brushed me off, but I thought nothing of it, and continued to the back of the store where I'd seen some bottles on a previous visit that had been marked down. When I brought the bottles I'd selected to the counter, I let him know that I'd gotten all of the bottles from the "sale" section. He said, "how do you know they are on sale? There isn't a sign that says they are on sale." I let him know that there is a section in the back with many bottles that have been marked down. When I pointed to the sticker on the bottle that read $4, he said, "that's not the price". I said there is a whole row of these with the same sticker that says they are $4. I let him know that I'd been there a week prior and purchased several of these bottle that had been marked down for clearance. He said, "I don't know how this store was run before", and he introduced himself as the manager. Now, I'm writing this review in a very formal manner, but I want to emphasize, that this person who identified himself as the manager, made me feel very uncomfortable, and was very rude and condescending in his approach to me. He refused to sell me the items for the price they were marked... I went back to the store this evening, and the two employees that were there confirmed that those bottles had in fact been marked down, but after I'd had the disagreement with the manager, he went and took all of the marked down prices off. If there is an issue with the function of the store, or how it was "previously ran", a customer should not be made to deal with this problem. It's an internal problem and maybe he should have removed the stickers after I'd made my purchase, instead of making me feel embarrassed. If there are changes that need to be made with the way the store is managed, I can respect that, but to take it out on your customer is just wrong. Being a long time loyal customer, it is disheartening to know that my favorite neighborhood shop is now being managed by someone who treats there customers so poorly. I hope the owner of this store reads this, so that he can be aware of the way his costumers are now being treated by the new management he has hired. read more

Don't come to this place it's has false advertising !!! I was trying to get the pick 6 for 11 $ !! And the owner was a dick !! He din't want to sell me the beer !! For some reason he told me that they costs more and that he had misplace them !! But the sign said from door 8 to 13 and the beer I wanted was at door 13 !!
