Hands down the best BevMo I've ever visited. I stopped by on a Saturday early afternoon and the team went above and beyond. Another great experience here today. First, the manager Michelle was incredibly helpful. I had ordered a keg several weeks back knowing it might take a while. She was fairly certain it would be in either today or tomorrow but went out of her way to check for me since I really needed a keg this weekend. She contacted me after she confirmed it would be arriving. Sure enough I was able to pick it up an hour later. Incompetent associates that can't manage their emotions. Went to grab an online order pick up for a non-alcoholic item my fiancee ordered. Had email and pic of her ID to scan. April tells me, my fiancee needs to physically be there with her ID per policy. I state it's food and it's not alcoholic. Then tells me she'll cancel the order and I can pay for it then...seems unnecessary. I say alright waiting for the item to be grabbed. Other associate tells me order doesn't exist and I confirm store address and order #. Associate then decides to raise her tone and say "it doesn't exist!" April then rings me up for an Alcoholic item, doesn't ask for my D.O.B or ID... Contacted customer support so my fiancee could get her refund for the item that the store said "doesn't exist". I was in desperate need of a last minute birthday present and I googled the nearest BevMo to me. I found this location about 15 minutes from me so I drove and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by an associate at the register, I think her name was Kaylie? As I walked to the wine section I noticed that their labeling made every variety so easy to find and I actually was able to get some recommendations and help finding the perfect bottle and some accessories to pair with the wine. But I sure as hell do not look younger than say, fifty. And I find it very insulting and rude, for someone with two eyes that work all right, to ask me if I am twenty-one. And I find it way too damn nosey and invasive of my privacy, for someone to take my ID and scan it, as if I am being interrogated and questioned by the bloody Gestapo, in Nazi Germany, for just wanting to buy a bottle of Cognac, or a cigar. So cut it out. If you, BevMo Executives, do not trust your employees to make a simple decision as to how old someone is, if , say, they look at least older than thirty-five, then do it your own damn self. Most of your cashiers, save the twits, do not enjoy asking stupid questions of their customers, because they are commanded by the front office to do so, just as much as I do not enjoy it, or find it amusing or necessary. I am absolutely appalled at the service that my dad received from this location. He went in on 8/2 at around 7pm and he asks a worker if he can help him find a certain tequila. The worker says "ok what do you want." That was the first rude comment, my dad then asks about a specific tequila he's looking for and the worker says "we don't have it." My dad then asks can I show you a picture, maybe you have something similar to recommend me? The worker then looked at my dad and with 3 fingers up said "for the 3rd time we don't have it" with the rudest most ugliest attitude. My dad then asked for the manager and he really says "I'm the manager, what do you want??" My dad was so shocked he just walked away.
