Here is just part of the problem because I stopped keeping track after it became obvious this was more than just a genuine mistake or manufacturing defect. - Cable for Horn Wire for horn just harnessed to radio PCB with absolutely no tie wraps or anything to prevent force being put on the connector on the board. Well putting on the steering wheel, The harness slid right off of the PCB and getting inside was a huge pain in the ass. A simple tie wrap is the proper solution. Cheap and lazy. Disassembling the dashboard to get inside was a huge pain in the ass. After finally getting in there, I found out that the problem was more than just no tie-wrap preventing it from being pulled off the PCB. The harnesses do not match and do not fit together! It is completely loose. Clearly the wiring for the steering wheel and the radio module were purchased from totally different vendors and didn't fit together and you guys didn't bother to even replace the hardness to a correct one that fits. You can see below that even pushing the hardness all the way down, it doesn't stay in place because it isn't made for it. The only way to prevent it from sliding out was to hot glue it. -Steering column Steering column rod was too short to install the steering wheel so I couldn't put the pin in. It's because the rod has ~2" of play in it which allows the rod to slide down towards the floor. This causes it to fall out of the grooves for the steering wheel drive motor so even if you try to push the rod back up, it won't move. For a while I thought it was the wrong steering wheel or the rod was too short until I turned the car upside down and realized the problem was it had slipped out of the motor assembly. Getting it put together was a huge pain in the ass because I had to hold the rod up and in place in the motor while trying to attach the steering wheel and insert the pin. This is a very sloppy design. What's worse, the instruction manual said nothing about this so I had to waste so much time figuring it out on my own. - TERRIBLE Instructions The worst instructions I've ever seen. An incredibly poor translation that mostly doesn't even make sense. Obvious mistakes where whole sentences are repeated and slightly different ways as if the person editing the original document didn't bother to take out any revisions The diagrams are so small with so much going on that it is absolutely useless. You cannot see what you are supposed to be doing Even if it was written in proper English, made sense, and had functional diagrams, the instruction book didn't match the car. Yes it was the same model and the picture was on the cover but the instructions talk about mounting things that arent part of the car while other components that I do have are never mentioned anywhere. There are three different types of screws provided but they referred all of them as M4*12. These are not all M4*12. So either the instructions are so bad that they didn't bother to clarify which of the three different types of screws to use for particular parts or I just got a handful of whatever screws they had laying on the floor. -TERRIBLE build quality In addition to what I described above, the work you guys did to install the wiring and motors was absolutely terrible. One of the back motors was not mounted at all since the strap holding it was completely deformed and the motor slipped out. The other rear motor was loose and almost falling out. A few of the components and wiring bundles were tie wrapped but the majority of it was left dangling and exposed (including what I mentioned above about the horn wiring harness). Here is one example of the inline auto-reset fuse on the front right motor. It was not tie wrapped down or mounted to anything so it was handing down almost touching the floor. This would have certainly snagged onto something and ripped apart, possibly causing a fire or injury if it happened before the fuse. The front left was tie wrapped and mounted but not front right so obviously you knew it should have been done but didn't bother doing both sides. The ride on toys they sell are junk and way over priced. Their website advertising leads you to believe the motors are strong and powerful but my 4 year old 40 lb son is too much for the toy. it goes very slow on any incline even slight. the toy was also shipped via regular FedEx instead of freight. it arrived with a damaged hood. their customer service is slow and and does not provide adequate communication. it took more than 2 1/2 weeks to get a replacement hood and it does not have the Range Rover lettering and so clearly not the original. $549 for a cheap, low power China made crappy toy with poor customer service. don't buy from this online merchant, it's a ripoff. read more

A warning to all! This is a screen shot of my conversation with the owner. I bought a $800 toy that never worked. They want to keep sending me parts to fix it but the fist part cam 3 weeks later and it still doesn't work. I just want my money back but yet they say well you need to pay for it to be shipped back and we will decide if and how much we will give you back. Now they blocked me on Social Media. This isn't right I just would like my money back so I can buy my son something that works. Let's be real its the principle now. They do not answer calls and always claim to be on vacation. BUYER BEWARE!! I bought a black Mercedes top of the line mini moto car online and said was in stock so I paid full price $650 plus tax for my daughters Xmas gift last year and after I had purchased stickers and other cool stuff to add to it and make it girly and custom, so they end up emailing me they didn't have any left so I said but I bought it online and said was in stock and I didn't want red or white as I already bought colored stickers and stuff to match the black so they said they had one black in the show room but I would have to drive an hour and a half there with my baby daughter and my son , so we get there and they said it won't fit in my Mercedes SUV so I asked if they could take it apart which I thought they would have done already before I came, as I said I was coming in a Mercedes which are not that big, and they come disasembled in a box so they build them so u think they know how to unassembled it, so he said he couldn't take it apart to come back with another vehicle, I said this is the only vehicle I have and they come in a box disasembled so why can't it come back apart? so he made me my son and my baby wait in the blistering cold while he had to find tools to try take the wheels off when he could have just brought it back inside where they build them and properly take it apart while everyone was inside warm, but no he was doing in the parking lot on the ground scratching it from tilting it on pavement then he gets the wheels off so I said I want to cover the sharp parts and bars that stick out with cardboard and tape on the mini moto where the wheels attached so it doesn't wreak my vehicle seats so he puts a plastic bag over it I asked do u have Bubble wrap or anything he says no, so he keeps shoving it in my vehicle still doesn't fit so he takes it back out and trys to pull the windshield off but he's rushing so he wasn't doing it right and he said he didn't know how to take it off so kept pulling so hard he broke it and then he just left it still attached to the mini moto car so he went to shove it back in my vehicle but the plastic he put on the sharp parts fell off from him moving it around on the pavement when he was wrestling with the windshield so he pushed it to hard and it tore my brand new front leather seat in my vehicle, I got so upset I said just leave it don't move it any more , so we get home and carefully removed it from my vehicle and my seat is ripped so bad, then I called them the next day and said the guy broke the mini moto windshield and the mirrors and he ripped my vehicles seat I was so upset because it could have been prevented if the guy just took it apart properly inside on a bench not in the freezing cold outside in a parking lot with with my doors open and my baby sitting there freezing for a hour or more , so they said they would order a new windshield so months go by nothing so I ask again they keep saying they are ordering it wait longer so 8 months go by so I said did the windshield come they said yes come pick it up, so we go there 1 hour & 1/2 drive there and they said No there's nothing here, we said the owner just said the windshield was here to pick up so we drove all the way here so he said no there's nothing so we went there for nothing waisted all that gas and 3 hours of driving , so I emailed the person who told us to come and he said it was on order again, and now when I email they don't write me back anymore, so if you buy from them they act like scammers and they definitely would not Honor any warranty on anything if you had a problem, they don't even know how to treat consumers, terrible experience would never buy from them again been 11 months and got nowhere and they damaged my vehicle because the guy wouldn't listen and I had to buy a new leather seat which costed me as much as the mini moto and the least they could do is replace what they broke and instead they lie and lie and then ignore the customer, I hope nobody gives them business read more

We purchased a car from mini moto late last year as a Christmas gift for my 8 year old daughter. As we assembled the car it became clear that one of the 4 motors was wired backwards causing it to spin the wrong way. After days of trouble shooting with the company we were able to rewire the motor and get all 4 motors working in the correct direction. Once that was fixed we discovered that the accelerator pedal once pressed stuck in place and would not release. As there is no break pedal we cannot allow our child to use this dangerous vehicle. Since we had 2 obvious defects, the second being a danger to my daughter we decided to try to return the car. Since it weighs 70 lbs we asked the company to assist with its return. It was at that point that the company stopped responding to our communications. After trying to work with the company in good faith for weeks to return the car we've had to resort to disputing the purchase with American express. Be very careful purchasing from this company as they do not help with returning these very large and heavy cars when defective. read more

We love our 24volt buggy! We got it for our daughters 1st birthday and she has a blast riding in it and listening to the silly music. It's a also great activity for my husband. Fun for everyone. We broke a steering box and they sent out a new one quickly! Great customer service!! read more
