I have dealt with Mini U Storage on New Haven Ave, Melbourne, FL since I moved down here in 2016 from Michigan, and couldn't part with much of my belongings. I have had at least one storage unit continuously with them since. They are the greatest people. The owner isn't as interested in making a lot of money, but more of providing a service. They often have specials which give you one or two months free, but not requiring you to stay and pay for any additional months. That is unheard of in this day and age. The people in the office have become just like family. They make sure you have all you need, and try to accommodate your needs if they can. However, I never knew what GREAT customer service was until I came to this storage facility. I found them to be awesome! Extraordinary customer service, and the facility was super clean and very secure. We got there just before closing time on New Year's Eve to collect the items in my mother-in-law's storage unit after she moved out of state. James saw us drive in and immediately came over to the unit and offered to help us, despite our timing. He stayed with us well after his shift should have ended, and made sure that we had everything we needed. We were blown away by James' kindness - he clearly cares about his customers and his company. We used Mini U Storage for about a year. This storage facility is the absolute best hands down. It's climate controlled and within a year it was never down stayed cool the whole time. I never once saw any bugs at all not even dead ones. They keep it clean and safe. The front desk guys are always nice to everyone. They are very experienced and will answer all questions. It wasn't expensive at all. They will even help you choose the correct size to save you the most money. If I ever need this storage again I will definitely use this one. read more
