Most weren't even answering their phones. Called Deshields, and they said they'd see what they could do. It took about an hour, but they ended up hooking is up with a great driver, who had a SUV that safely got us through the snowy streets to our hotel, with all our luggage and ski gear. Yan ended up working from 7 pm to 3 am shuttling stranded passengers from the airport to their hotels or destinations, and was back at 7 am to pick us up and take us back to the airport. Driver couldn't figure out how to adjust the seat, read the gas gauge or even clip his own seat-belt (which he asked me, the costumer, to do for him from the back seat?). If the above driver hadn't pitched a fit at the end of the 20 min ride ($103 cab fare) because I didn't give him a tip fast enough. This business would never survive in an area that had any competition. If you use them pray you don't get the old man Ernie for a driver. Stay away, pay the extra and use Karst!
