I have still not received a return phone call. Yesterday I received a phone call alerting me that the item I special ordered was in. However, it was not an item that I ordered. Clearly somebody else's. When I stated this to her, she put me on hold for a little while then got back on the phone and said, I'll have to call you back and hung up the phone. She hasn't called me back. The receipt has in small print that all sells are final. No refunds and no exchanges. I'd like to also add that the associate that was helping us must have been on commission. So where does this leave me? I personally spent around $700. I have two garments that have issues. And I have not received a phone call for the special ordered pants that match one of the tops that I purchased. Or a phone call resolving the two garments that have defects. If you're going to shop here, I recommend that you be very careful . Maybe I'll receive a phone call and resolution to my issues with this review. I was hoping an email would take care of that since I can't seem to get through on the phone.

Parking here can be a nightmare, but there are quite a few parking spaces. Even if it's super busy, I can always find a spot, even if it means I have to walk a bit farther than I wanted. I like Town Square mostly for the food options. The Yard House here was the only one in town for a while and we loved to go here as a family and there were quite a few work excursions that happened here. We used to go to a bar close to this area too, where they did a lot of industry nights. There are still some really good food and bar options here today. The shopping is pretty good. There are stores here that you might not be able to find in other areas of town. I'm not a big shopper but you can also just window shop like I do, especially if you've just had a big meal and need to do a little La Passeggiata. Some of the shops are expensive, some are not, so there's really something for anyone's budget. I've noticed this place stays pretty clean and there are a good amount of people working to keep it that way. I appreciate that very much.

The current hours for this Hollister are the following Monday to Thursday: 10:00 A.M - 9:00 P.M Friday and Saturday: 10:00 A.M - 10:00 P.M Sunday: 11:00 A.M - 8:00 P.M. Inside the store, it does have relatively dim lighting. The layout had a wide variety of shorts, shirts, dresses, and pants first near the entrance to the store. The showcasing had casual wear and loungewear available. There was another section of the store that had sleepwear too. I didn't have any team member come up and ask if I needed any help while visiting the store. You can sign up for Hollister House Rewards online.
