We ordered the box of six cinnamon rolls, and every one was huge and freshly made. My absolute favorite was the Blueberry Lemon. It had the perfect balance of flavors without being overly sweet, and the soft, fluffy texture was incredible. I can definitely see why so many people call these the best cinnamon rolls in Minnesota. They were in the parking lot outside the Stone Mountain Pet Lodge. All of the sausages & brats come from a Minnesota company: Fraboni Sausage Company in Hibbing - cool! I can testify that this is some savory and flavorful stuff. They have other foods too (see photos). But they also go the extra mile with beverages and desserts. I tried one with a mix of the coconut curry (mild) and garlic chili (hot) sauces. Ooh it was delicious! Soft and flavorful with the coconut and spicy tastes combining nicely. I decided to take some samosas to go and they were very yummy as well. I would love to get their frozen momos next time to take home and enjoy. I tried the veggie ones but they also have chicken and lamb. My friend bought a jar of their coconut curry sauce. The folks running the food truck were very friendly (including Subash the founder) and the bright orange shirts were a clever idea to stand out. Can't wait to try them again!
