Let me assure you that yes I was a client at this clinic. I had an appointment with Mary Freitag Tuesday, May 19, 2026. After filling out the extensive questionaire, as well as, sharing that I had been in n' out of therapy for 50+ years coupled with was looking for someone for grief and trauma. It felt like Mary never read nor heard what I was looking forward. She literally did nothing but ask "accessment" questions most of them where relevent to behaviors 55 years ago! Finally after 35 minutes I said isn't this redundent from questionaire that I filled out. Shortly thereafter said look let's cut to the chase you have not once asked me why I am here which to me was strange. Long story short we both agreed that I should see someone else. Than was booked with Deanna Gemette for Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Because of my previous experience with Mary Freitag asked if it would be possible to talk with Deanna for 5 to 10 minutes. Was told the message would be relayed to her. Nothing. A couple of days later called back with the very same request. Nothing. Suffice to say, it will not be three strikes and you are out I am totally done with this clinic "chain." For comparisons was given a referral from a competent therapist but was not taking on new clients. This new therapist without me asking suggested we talk for a few minutes before we set up an appointment. Have learned that bad therapy is not simply bad it is destruction to the vulnerable client. read more

I happened to drive by this place and remembered the horrible experience I had. I went through a bad divorce. My sons were being brainwashed by my ex-wife and her boyfriend at the time. We had to meet at a children's safety center to exchange and she had them freaking out at the door so they couldn't see their dad. Ended up going to court and the judge ordered reunification therapy. There was no actual reunification therapy. My ex wife and her boyfriend were called into Molly Cronin's office and whatever she said to them stopped them from brainwashing my sons. We were in a custody battle so I drew a subpoena to get information about her meeting with them which is entirely legal. The staff ignored me. Eventually Molly came out and told me that I'm not going to get the information even though I had a subpoena from the court. I should've called a police officer to enforce it but I didn't have time. Molly Cronin then decided to start writing recommendation letters to have my sons taken away and took sides with my ex-wife even though she just got done stopping her from brainwashing my sons. This is all because she was angry at me for using a subpoena to draw information. She was no longer involved with the case and shouldn't have been writing anything but she did. This is one of the most immoral crooked establishments I've ever seen in my life. The subpar staff follows right along with the evil crooked dictators that they call psychologists. Molly Cronin should have her license taken away from her. She tried to have my sons taken away from me for filing a subpoena. Pure evil! read more
