This veterinarian was so accepting and non judgmental at a very vulnerable time, that she was a gift to me and my precious cat. We did some research, and although there's companies out there that all sound like they do the same thing, I can tell you, they don't. From the moment I spoke to the Hidden Fence Of people I knew that they were customer service oriented. They came out the very next day and dropped some line around the perimeter of the house, even though there was 2 feet of snow. And they will be back to bury it come spring time. The gentleman that came out and spent about an hour working with me on training. It was very easy, and within about a month my dog was off leash and not venturing out of the yard anymore. One of the concerns I had going in was that would the collar be painful for my dog. So I tried it out on my self and it is basically nothing more than a vibration and not a painful shock which I think other companies use. As my dog approaches the perimeter, there is a beeping sound and vibration, and right away he knew that he has gone too far. Now after a solid month, it is so apparent that he knows the boundary, So happy to have made this choice.

Update: Dog has…read moredeveloped aggressive behavior and even through training he won't relent. Issues begin mainly at night and although we leave the dog alone he would attack spontaneously. We spent all the time and money and effort to save our dog but to no avail. Through the vet and GSD specialist we were advised to put the dog to sleep after 6 years. 5 years of perfection with the last year he developed this anger issue. I feel like this is an issue we couldn't resolve and I just want people to know our story from this breeder.

I had 8 German Shepherds prior to getting Rango. I've dealt with several different types of kennel owners and I think Callie and Jeremy do an awesome job. Rango was easy to train had he decided that he needed a job to be my wife's service dog. Rango was easily the smartest dog we've ever had. He made our life easier. Rango was naturally good with people, children and other dogs. We live in a neighborhood where there are many small dogs and they all loved Rango. Rango passed away on May 23 2022 but not until he finished job with my wife , once he made sure she was in bed for the night he died in my arms. We had an Awesome 11 years , he went everywhere with us and he was never left alone because he was always at my wife's side. We know it will be hard to replace Rango and after some time to grieve our loss we will definitely be looking for another quality dog. Thank you Callie and Jeremy

The office mgr. called, finally. Excuses, excuses her day off, no apology. She said she would handle it. Seemed more concerned that both charges would be removed, I assured her only one. It's nice to know where their priorities lie. Be careful, their billing practices seem shoddy at best and their attitude, well, she wanted me to feel she was doing me a favor by correcting her mistake. This is a chain, never again

She (& her team) made it the best experience possible given the tough circumstance. Highly recommend her. Cannot express enough gratitude for those who help w/ life's transitions. She left us alone to say final goodbyes & then assured me she had a comfy bed in the back of her car for him on the ride to the crematorium.
