She took ME back late and the next client must have been a friend or something. As I mentioned, it's been a while so hopefully staff is learned about customer service since then.

After zelling receptionist, then clarified the payment I just sent for Zelle was for tip and not for the service. At this point, I was annoyed and found on their website the advertisement where it shows first wax free. She says OK but can't do anything about the fact that I just tipped 50% of the service. The company should really find themselves someone who is knowledgeable of the promotions offered by the company itself and can focus on one customer at a time upon checkout instead of trying to answer the phone and schedule other appointments while doing so.
