I've been to this location multiple times and never had a bad experience until today. My cleaning didn't start until 30 minutes after my appointment time (I showed up 10 minutes prior as instructed). There wasn't a hygienist available so the main dentist had to do the cleaning but he tore up my gums and didn't even clean my top teeth. I get my teeth cleaned twice a year and I've never had my gums bleed so profusely with so much pain. read more

I went to this place and got a crown done on my front tooth because it was chip, let alone still had my tooth there it was just chip on the side. And the dentist there, female, she shave my tooth down so much to where I need a bridge now, let alone I just had this done a couple of months ago. And now I have to go around looking like this because I paid $1800 for this crown to be done. And no one will help me all of them keep saying someone going to call you back or they now don't answer their phones, it goes straight to cooperate and you would think being the dentist fault on this procedure they would try to make you smile again but no they give you the run around and now I have been trying to glue my tooth in but didn't work. This Mint location is truly amazing!!! From the trendy and modern look to the smiling faces I was greeted by, I felt truly welcome. I definitely did not feel like I was in a dentist office which is fine by me. Rachelle was so nice and helpful, like I want to be her best friend seriously!! Ellie was also very supportive and took her time to explain my benefits as well as my dental plan and costs of the work I needed done. Absolutely love this dentist office!!! They are so friendly and very professional. No one likes going to the dentist but I don't mind coming here. I've had a lot of dental work here and always a great experience. I have had many teeth pulled and have 2 partials. Just had my teeth cleaned by my awesome hygienist Paige :) and Dr Sivakumar did my exam and they were both awesome!!! Paige sent me a link for a sonic toothbrush Burst with a 40% discount!!! And they have a teeth whitening special for the month of September to receive 2 free whitening gels. I highly recommend this dentist office! You will love the heated massage chairs and the big screen tv that they will put on Netflix or Pandora for music whatever you like. I was so upset with the Horne st location. I had an appointment and called ahead to insure my insurance would work and they assured me it was good to go. when I got to my appointment they said it wasn't. I figured I would go ahead and get my cleaning done anyway. Front desk girl said $140 discount plan would cover the cleaning. After several X-rays and the dentist came in and checked my teeth. then a woman came in to sale me the work for 14k. I said I just came in for a cleaning. dentist had recommended a special cleaning which now was going to be $225. I asked for just a regular cleaning. The lady said no I had to take the special cleaning. I refused. then she sent a hygienist who basic brushed my teeth and flossed. Took all of about 5 minutes. I asked is that my cleaning and she stated all we will do. I went to front desk. I asked to speak with some one in charge. The sales girl said she was. We had a conversation and she basic. said the dentist said you had to have the special cleaning and pay the $225. i explained. I just want a regular cleaning. I was so frustrated I paid the $140 and walked out. I have made for then 12 calls to corporate and left messages but have not had any call backs. When I walked in to the Dentist office I was met with the smell of strong perfume or scents all through the waiting room! This smell came from the girls wearing toooo much perfume at the front desk! I asked for a mask and was not given one til I sat down and was given the paperwork! The mask (me being allergic to overpowering perfume and office smells. Was given after. No regard for illness. This place should be perfume FREE when you walk into it! People have allergy's and no doctor office should smell like perfume when you walk in. Not only did she not give me a mask til at least 5-10 minutes after coughing and asking her before I checked in at front desk! I got here at 2:20 pm for a 2:30 teeth cleaning appointment. I wasn't seen until just after 3pm. Waited in the chair for the hygienist to come until 3:45pm when an assistant let me know it would be at least another 10 minutes until they would be in to do the cleaning (which would have taken another 20 minutes). I allotted 2 hours for the appointment before I needed to head into work. I thought this would be more than enough time since I am usually in and out of here within 30 minutes. Unfortunately it was cutting it too close so I had to leave without the cleaning done, and having wasted almost 2 hours of my day. I won't be returning to this location. read more

Mint made me feel very comfortable, the massage chairs and music helped the anxiety that comes with being at the dentist. Gloria the receptionist explained all the payment options very thoroughly and was very vibrant. Hygienist Heber gave me lots of dental advise and was very gentle! Well this office is not. I even tried calling my provider before hand and was told the wait would be too long since it was already 5:00. The only reason I continued was because of the unbearable pain. The guy that did my "cleaning," was clearly in a rush to get home. I almost ended up paying well over what was needed. This was the worst mistake I could have ever made was to go to Mint Dentistry. I have been unable to eat on the left side of my mouth since I let them put a filling in the back of my mouth. I have been in three time for them to try to fix this problem and it has just gotten worst. I have been emailed by someone from the upper management and still get the run around on getting this corrected. I'm terrified of the fact that I possibly will have permanent damage from this horrible incident. I have never had any serious problems with my mouth before now. My appointment was scheduled at 0800 am when I arrived there was only 1 person waiting to be seen. Remind you, my last appointment with mint dentistry (at a different location ) was just 6 months ago for cleaning but this location insisted on me updated information from 2 years ago... but anyway, two more people came after me but they were seen before me..I was an unhappy person. *Update* Contacted by office manager who then took a week to respond once I provided my patient information. He told me the coverage information listed through my policy and my PPO agent was incorrect. I am a 10 year insurance professional that has reviewed coverage on every applicable policy. It's not difficult to read a policy to see what percentage is covered. I was also told they offered services that I denied. This couldn't be further from the truth. I didn't agree to the ridiculous amount quoted to me and was told I wouldn't receive anything unless I paid that amount. Do yourself a favor and just stay away. Other places provide better service without the gimmicks. read more

This is like drive through dentistry. When I arrive I am to fill out paperwork and apparently not the insurance portion. She spoke so fast I didn't get that part. All I heard was 45 minute for my insurance to be approved and to fill out paperwork while I was waiting. I was quickly corrected.."maybe you didn't hear her..." Go to the back, 2 hour later I leave with tray, no cleaning and a sales pitch. Guess what I have great insurance and have NEVER paid for a "deep cleaning" or any other! They wanted 425.00!! Are you funny or what... insurance people!! Not to mention fillings which are "cosmetic", I have never had a cavity, EVER, why do I need to fill something with no holes. I'm not the city streets!! Probably the worst dental practice around. My girlfriend has extreme dental phobia. Extreme. I called at least 4 times before her first appointment making sure I could go back with her and because of everything going on I wasn't even allowed in the building. I explained to them several times that if they wanted to see her that day, I would at least need to be in the building so I can walk her in there. We got there, the front desk lady was nice and said that I would actually be able to sit in the office during the beginning and when the start they would let me back into the exam room with her. Then, During her procedure, some lady tried to say that I wasn't aloud back there because it was for only children and elderly. So I wanted in the lobby until she was done. Then for 2nd procedure and the whole reason we were going, I called several times prior to make sure I could at least sit in the building because it was more extensive and I was assured I would be allowed to. We arrived and the extremely rude manager working the front at 3pm on 8/24/20, would not let me in the building and tried to say that the only reason I was able to last time was because I had appointment... when I didn't.. she was extremely rude and we will never be going back. This place is extremely overpriced and they are only concerned with the money. Could care less about their patient and their needs. read more

I paid $800+ WITH INSURANCE for a root canal and crown that has not lasted even 1 year. I still have pain in this tooth that was never rectified. Now the tooth is turning dark and has a metallic taste. I wouldn't let mint pay me to look at my tooth again as they have lost all of my trust. I literally have nightmares about this tooth. Having it re evaluated by another dentist on Monday but I have a sinking feeling that mint completely ruined my front top left tooth. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy here.
