I called to get pricing, and had a nice chat with Nolynn. He gave me a good rate, and I decided to use their services to spread my new gravel in the backyard. The work itself was great, but I gave them two stars for some issues with communication and scheduling. I had e-mailed Nolynn on a Friday with some questions. I hadn't heard from him, so I left a voice mail on Saturday. He sent me a quick e-mail on Sunday. I got his voice mail again on Monday. I e-mailed him later that day (rock was being delivered on Tuesday, so timing was becoming an issue). He finally responded that they would be able to come on Thursday at 7:00 AM. That worked OK.... not great, but OK. I rescheduled the rock delivery for Wednesday. Then on Wednesday night he sent me an e-mail that they'd be at the house 9-10AM instead of 7:00. I wasn't thrilled, but it was too late to change landscapers at that point. With my wife waiting all morning for them to come, he called me at 10:15 and said that they'd run into problems at the job they were on. They'd be at my place "in an hour or so". It was 11:45 before they showed up! As I said before, the work quality was great and the pricing was fine (about the same as some other companies). Due to the communication and scheduling issues, I doubt if I'll use Wildcat again.

When I called the business phone number, I got a girl who answered "hello". No announcement of a business name or anything and you could tell she was on a cell phone out "running around" (not very professional). I wanted to get some curbing done and we agreed on a time for a Saturday at 3PM which she said was perfect since that's the day they did their curbing work. I was to decide on a curbing style and color and then call her back later in the day. When I called back she was unable to deliver the first 2 colors I asked for. We eventually agreed on my 3rd choice and then I could hear her talking to a guy while I was on the phone with her. She came back on the phone and wanted to change the time of the appointment. Since I had already scheduled other vendors to come to my rental I was unwilling. She then put the installer on the phone who again wanted to negotiate the time and move it to earlier in the day, citing it would be hot (duh this is AZ) and their would be a large gap between his last appointment and then mine. I explained my situation and said 3PM or nothing, and he said he couldn't do it. I said fine i would find someone else. He called me back shortly and said that his brother did the same type of work and that he could do the job and would deliver on the initial color I had asked for. I thought okay now we're headed in the right direction. When I went to my rental the following day to meet with the installers no one showed up and no one called. This is not a professional or well run company so I would stay away if you are looking for any work to be done by them.

I had several large areas of dead grass as a direct result of their work that they failed to fix, and while removing a tree they dropped a large limb on a wrought iron fence that was never fixed. I ended up paying another service to correct their errors and I'm still battling through the credit card company to cover my additional costs as well as the replacement of the potion of damaged fencing.
