The possible packages were Exterior Only, Interior Only, Gold Standard, Executive, and Show Room. Prior to the drop-off, the SUV had fairly clean seats but a dirty dashboard, mats, etc. My husband thinks that he ordered the Executive package for roughly $300. The exterior was hand-washed and dried, and the interior was vacuumed and either wiped down or shampooed. The vehicle was ready for pickup on time.
