She was nice, listened to what I want, was quick to respond. After payment was received, she went ghost... but then emailed me a few days before my wedding saying Chris would be coming to coordinate and he was great and everything..... But then, she, or Chris, or anyone, did not show up on my wedding day. I'm lucky - my bridesmaids were on top of things, we rehearsed a lot, and my venue had an event staff person who was above and beyond.
