The BEST sugarist I have ever been too. Whether it's your first time or you are restarting your sugaring routine after a hiatus (like me), Rachel is fantastic about explaining every step and making you comfortable during your appointment. You will laugh, you might cry, but it's so worth it in the end! I've heard horror stories about conventional waxing methods, but sugaring is where it's at! I have sensitive skin, and this method of hair removal does not aggravate it at all. Before your appointment, you will be given a list of instructions on how to properly prepare your skin. Then after the appointment, Rachel is amazing at explaining what to do and not do for post-care. Even when I had questions several days after my appointment, she was so good at responding to my DMs in a timely manner. What they say is true: the first sugaring session is the hardest, but once you maintain the upkeep every 4-6 weeks, it's a walk in the park in comparison. I am very happy with my results!
