Driver Mark was extremely rude to my son and wife during a transfer to Atlanta Airport. He was very upset because of the number of bags they had despite that as requested he was driving a Suburban. He refused to put down the third row of seats to have more space. Bottom line, don't hire this company. Use another one. read more

I am travel agent; my group went to Brunswick, GA for Casino Cruise. They had a great time there.. The driver (He) was on time for an early Pickup at 4 AM . He was courteous, pleasant to work with the stops we had to do along the way. Our driver was easy to talk and carried on a great conversation.. Had a great experience. Took wife and kiddies for a trip and had them pick us all up at the house (6 people plus luggage) and then return us (7 people plus luggage). They were on time, courteous, didn't talk our ears off, yet were nice. I will consider them in the future if I need a ride by myself as well to the airport. P.S. The kiddies were blown away by the ride and the free drinks - if you consider what parking by itself would have cost, it's justified that way. read more

Took the family skiing in Colorado for winter break ... With lots of luggage, wanted to avoid the airport hassles. Mint Life was the most responsive and professional of all the car service companies I contacted. They followed thru with great service on both legs of the trip. If there were a star rating below 1 this place would get it. An absolute nightmare to say the least. To make this short and to the point lets just say they were 2 HOURS LATE, I was on the phone like a mad woman speaking to several dispatchers who kept telling me the car overheated, driver is close, they should be there any minute, we've done a complimentary upgrade to a larger vehicle for the inconvenience all of which NONE OF THAT HAPPENED!!! The limo driver arrived FINALLY, two hours late we are hungry for dinner all 8 of us had a fine dinner planned for a birthday party. Reservations were missed and the driver that showed up DID NOT EVEN WORK FOR MINT LIFE LIMO!!!!!!! He said he was called last minute for this job and had no idea what I had spent the last two hours going through. He worked for a Company called Top Tier. Wtf!!!! This was a MESS, had people waiting on us, rather embarrassing and it was a birthday party so you could understand my complete frustration. NEVER EVER EVER use this service. I used Mint Life for a pick up at ATL to Buckhead and the return to ATL at 4am. All staff on phone were professional, I like the email notifications with confirmation and driver contact info. My entire family from South Dakota and Wisconsin came to visit me and I wanted to do something special for them when they arrived. This was truly the BEST experience ever!!! I have not used Mint Life Limo Service and after my experience on the phone I not only would NEVER use them but will tell everyone I know to not use them as well. I called to research rates and availability for my employer. When the first person I contacted could not help me with my question I was put on hold. I stayed on hold about four minutes and the next person I spoke with was very RUDE. She would not let me explain the purpose of my call. She stated that they had already spoken with my company today (I had not called them) and they were not interested. When I tried to explain that I was not selling anything but doing research for POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, she cut me off and hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I live in 2 states, so I fly back and forth a lot - and leaving my car in the airport for long periods of time is not affordable. So I looked up online the limo company with the best reviews, and went with Mint Life Limousine. So after more than dozen drop-offs and pick-ups, I can safely say this is an excellent service that has always taken very good care of me! Jim is my favorite driver (he is so friendly and nice!) - although I haven't had a bad one yet. Recently, this company started using an email system where they email me to: 1) remind me the day before, 2) email me the day of with the driver who is picking me up and their phone number, and 3) email me when the driver is dispatched to me. There is no guesswork, and they are always reliable. I usually like them to come inside and get me when they pick me up from the airport, and they never complain about having to do so and always help me with my bag (which is usually heavy since I'm a female and haven't learned how to avoid packing a lot!). I was very disappointed in Mint Life's limo services. I booked them to take ten of us to and from a holiday Christmas party in January. First, they were a half hour late, therefore making us very late to our event. I called our driver to ask where he was and he just said there was a lot of traffic and without any remorse. When he finally arrived, he wasn't friendly or welcoming at all; it was actually very uncomfortable. I had a quote which stayed we had the limo from 6:30pm-1:00am. We were dropped off at about 1:15am and they charged me an extra $85!!! Mind you, he didn't show up until 7:00pm. I didn't know about the extra charge until after the fact. I sent multiple emails addressing my frustration and concerns without any response. I will never use their services again and neither will any of the nine others that were with us. I will also be sure to let everybody know of our experience. That is no way to run a business, all they had to do is reply to one of my emails to avoid this negative review. Shame on them! read more
