I came to Minty to tint our brand new car, our baby. While the tint application itself is pretty spot on, the clean up process after was pretty problematic. I brought in my car at 9am on the day, after a detail. Work was not started until about 1:30p, I get alerts in the Toyota App. Car was ready right at closing, I was already suspicious of a rush job. The next morning I find glue on the back, and side windows, and a razor scratch on my door bumper. I go back, insisting that the glue is from them, after being argued with that it's sap from a tree, and that that most of the work is done from women, who have a "stronger attention to detail" and that they work on "very expensive cars." So, I come in a week later, today, to get my door bumper replaced. I hear a loud thump from the waiting room and peek over to find three people stumped at application. I inspect myself, only to find the top inch isn't even attached. I take the loss, I refuse to go back. Let this be a warning to future customers to inspect your work done before you leave the property, thoroughly. And a lesson to Minty, to have way more attention to detail, knowledge of application, and accountability. read more

Wow! This place used to be great... now they have a couple of snarky women with bad attitudes at the front desk. I had purchased a car wash subscription for $40 per month. I was sick last month and cancelled. Now they want to charge me $55. Nope. I can get my car washed a lot of places that would appreciate my business. I've never met a more professional and caring business couple like these two. I ended up bringing two vehicles in for PPF and Ceramic Window Tinting. Alex and Kyra turned a complete nightmare into relief. Year is 2021 and I had just bought a slightly used Mazda CX-9. The front was completely repainted due to some scuffs the dealer did not disclose on the transport over. I got a heck of a deal I couldn't pass up. Fast forward to the repaint at a local business, let it cure and time to add PPF. Research brought me to Minty, which is two hours one way. I ended up asking for the front to be completely covered in XPEL PPF and ceramic window tint all around. Both did a great job explaining the benefits, I agree and leave my Mazda in their hands. A day or so later and a few exchanges of text, I'm made aware of some paint defects the naked eye wouldn't have seen. Long story short, Alex helped me get my front completely repainted... Alex went above and beyond, pointed out a lot of close-up defects and the paint shop agreed it should be redone. Alex and Kyra could've just wrapped and I would've gone on my way. But no, these two care and have a lot of pride in their work. They go the extra mile to make sure they do their best and that customers are happy with their end result. What is that result? Two years later it absolutely looks pristine! XPEL is self-healing. I've made 3600 mile road trips and not a single scratch. No swirls either! I can't express how good it keeps your vehicle looking. Just do it! How good are they though? I ended up bring a second vehicle to them for their Pacific Northwest package. Once again, going the extra mile and filling in small rock chips. Taking it over and getting it buffed and detailed. Making the front better than I had expected. They have my business and I'll recommend them to anyone looking for the same. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Cameron who was patient and helpful while I decided on what percentage of tint I wanted on my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable on all of the window tinting laws in Oregon. I also wanted my steering wheel and shift knob to be carbon fiber wrapped. They did a great job on my shift knob by perfectly applying wrap that best matched the original color. Since luxury vehicles are picky at times, they were not able to remove my steering wheel piece since it required a particular Infiniti tool. Instead of trying to pull it off and risking any damages, they decided not to mess with it, and gave me suggestions on it could be done. I initially requested a quote through Yelp and Alex responded the same day, which is nice as you never know how active a business really is on here! After shopping around a bit, iTint had consistent pricing with a few other shops I checked. I chose iTint because they have nothing less than 5-star reviews and I experienced much prompter, friendlier customer service from the get-go. Well, I will happily add my 5-star review to the count now. Alex was great in explaining all my options since I know nothing about tinting, the work was completed in just a few hours, and then he went over aftercare with me and answered all of my questions before I left. Very thorough and nice, and my car looks awesome! I dropped my car off for the service, but they do have a small waiting area in the front office with a TV and wifi should you need to hang around. Note that iTint is by appointment only, so definitely call or text ahead to set up a time. Alex was super helpful and agreed to do it quoting about three hours for the job. It was done on time and again, looks awesome. The tint he used is made in the USA and comes with a full warranty. My first vehicle I didn't get the tint that blocked heat and my leather seats and car were incredibly hot as a result. I have been wanting to get my windows tinted for some time now, but I've been holding off because the quotes that I have been getting around Eugene and Springfield are more than I'm willing to pay.
