This is most important above all else. The shop is squeaky clean, the staff is always helpful and the managers really know what they are talking about. My family always gets al their supplements and vitamins here (we have been customers of Vitamin Shoppe for many years, in our old town) and have always been happy with the high grade products that they stock. Excellent services! I booked a couples float a few days in…read moreadvance. My husband and I arrived at Grey Matter and were kindly greeted right as we walked in. The young man at the front desk checked us in and lead us to our room. He explained the whole process and offered us extra floating devices. We proceeded to take an overhead rain shower before we went into the float tank. Three towels were provided per person along with swimmers ear plugs. We floated for an hour together with calming lights and music. We didn't bump into each other at all so there was plenty of room. I'm 8 months pregnant and the feeling of weightlessness was outstanding and extremely relaxing for the both of us. After the float we took another shower to wash the salt away. It was nice to have a full hour to float as well as time to wash before and after the float without feeling rushed. The facilities were very clean and well taken care of in all areas. We will certainly be back for another relaxing round of float therapy. Highly recommended.
