If she wants a patient to sit down and not wait in line she needs to have a sign that says that. I found Angel Care Family Clinic on Google and saw all the great reviews they had. I decided to give them a try, I was a walk-in patient but they were still able to treat me fairly quickly. I was able to get diagnosed and get prescribed antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment. I highly, highly recommend this place. Their kindness and dedication to their patients is something that is greatly admirable!

Once the doctor came that we asked for and that admitted him to hospital the care went from nightmare to excellent. Once under the doctor's care everything changed and his care was wonderful in the hospital. I will never go to Kingwood ER I would rather take my chances at CVS.

During a visit there were several concerns mentioned but she only seemed concerned with those that benefited the company. Referral for bloodwork but the real concern was ignored. After I realized that I spoke with the new director but I don't feel the NP actions were adequately addressed. During bloodwork results, I wasn't notified of the results but notes were added advising next steps. If health is a priority and something requires urgent action a phone call should be made
