Today however with work injury I came through drive through my leg busted up handed the paperwork through drive through to get my medication. Pharmacist/pharmacy tech ( Jaye-African female slender built tall with heavy accent) proceeded to try make me get out my vehicle to come inside just for them to enter in the numbers for billing. Then proceeded to say it would take a while to do such. Which was a lie. I have switch job and got new insurance before had to pick up medication it literally was entering in new numbers and pushing a button taking less than 5minutes to do. When confronted about why she lied. Lack of competency on knowing what to do to enter the billing numbers was the reason for the lying. What also rubbed me the wrong way is lack of compassion with my injury asking me park and to walk in when I obviously cannot and it was expressed that I cannot. Then proceeded to suggest she violate hippa by suggesting a driver handle my person medication and ID to pick up control substance. Got the manger (a man who looks either Indian or Arabic but not Hispanic medium built) involved from the pharmacy in which he proceeded to lie to me as well claiming he reached out me and called me. I have the pharmacy saved in my contacts from when I used them in the past. My phone never range. When confronted he claim he did I told him he was lying because cvs also send a text message when call is missed and proceeded to show him my call log and text messages. Then he claimed "well your phone number looked fake" I said I thought you said you kept getting my voicemail. Now you say the phone number looked fake. Make up your mind on which lie you going with. I don't do well with liars. They have no integrity, compassion, or knowledge within their role, and very unprofessional.

I had to check my daughter I because Patrice at OBGYN front desk is always unpleasant to her and others. She has lied on her to nurses and doctors before. Her job is not that difficult yet she makes it like she is bothered by a patient. As i waited to be checked in she did me the same way and I myself have been coming to Kelsey for decades and never had a bad experience. She rudely announces she's talking with another patient . If she wants a patient to sit down and not wait in line she needs to have a sign that says that. All I was doing was standing there waiting and had to walk away with that same experience for the first time that my daughter had. Very disappointed.

I found Angel Care Family Clinic on Google and saw all the great reviews they had. I decided to give them a try, I was a walk-in patient but they were still able to treat me fairly quickly. I was able to get diagnosed and get prescribed antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment. I highly, highly recommend this place. Their kindness and dedication to their patients is something that is greatly admirable!

Found out he already had CT Scan. No information was given. They do not listen to the information I gave them, Input incorrect information into their system. I tended to his urinal and water needs from 10 pm until around 2pm the next day when hospital room became available. No one touched him physically or asked me a question in the ER. Once the doctor came that we asked for and that admitted him to hospital the care went from nightmare to excellent. Once under the doctor's care everything changed and his care was wonderful in the hospital. I will never go to Kingwood ER I would rather take my chances at CVS.

Ended up at a different ER with pneumonia and partially collapsed lung and was in the hospital for a week. I will drive further just to get better service.
