MA's are attentive, and deligent. Especially Ashley, she's my favorite MA. Her stick is painless, she's an awesome individual with positive vibes. One particular doctor by the name of Dr. Rodrigo, is my favorite DOC, He's down to earth, compassionate, freindly, about his career. The wait time isn't long. They except walk-ins. All insurances upon verification, of course. NE Urgent Care and Deerbrook Family Clinic are in the same building, but they have two separate sides. One on the left and one on the right. I highly recommend coming here instead of going to an ER for a medical emergency. They are not open 24/7... Happy Medi Calling.

I, as a patient should not have heard what she was talking about to another nurse in regards to another patient. She should've lowered her voice and not talk so loud or she should've kept the info to herself.

I explained as barely been able to speak how bad i felt, and me and my husband is not feeling good, when the under valued n. Pract told us the meds would have us feeling better in 2 to 3 day. She was a liar, just to get paid from our insurance. Corporate also is not worth it either. Well they asked if we wanted to go in and do chest xrays. After being soo weak getting back into the office. They wanted us to pay another copay. I told them corp and someone else called. Well after that i called corp back. They had me on the line about 20 minutes before returning to the line, saying we need to pay again. We left. Please read, pass the word.
