They call back and tell him the sample he had given was lost. How do they lose the sample that we have been waiting for results. If we never called they would have never followed up with us. There was no apology given they just told him to come back in and give another sample. It has been two weeks and no results yet and every time we call the clinic no one answers and they did not update any results on his my chart. I looked on google for the closest urgent care that was open. Found Care Now and saw they were open till 8pm and it was only a few miles away. I showed up about 630pm as a new patient. Filled out the forms online. They called her back. The doctor was super cool and said he sees these kinds of things all the time. Apparently sometimes with earrings if you don't change them out after a while the skin can grown around the butterfly back piece. He gave her a numbing shot in the ear and cut a little piece and popped it out. We were out the door within 30 mins. Great place. Very friendly staff.

After waiting 4 hours, the tests showed nothing was wrong, but because the HR decreased to 115, they discharged my child home. When asked why they weren't sending my child to the hospital, the ER doctor said it was "probably just an internalized representation of anxiety". He also said my child's HR was NEVER FAR FROM NORMAL, even though it went as high as 145 at rest. And to top it all of, he concluded with saying it was not their job to find out what was wrong, they just have to "fix patients so they can return home and go to their own doctor". Nice. Well he did not "fix" anything; luckily my child's system just stabilized itself. It turns out my child's potassium was low due a medication and those particular symptoms can actually be very dangerous. But definitely no thanks to this place. My child's pediatrician ultimately caught the connection between previously prescribed medication, elevated HR, chest pain and low potassium.

I found Angel Care Family Clinic on Google and saw all the great reviews they had. I decided to give them a try, I was a walk-in patient but they were still able to treat me fairly quickly. I was able to get diagnosed and get prescribed antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment. I highly, highly recommend this place. Their kindness and dedication to their patients is something that is greatly admirable!

The staff that greet you at the front desk are extremely helpful, polite, & always have a welcoming…read moreattitude! They work very efficiently along with the rest of the staff in the office to get you any information or answers you may have in regards to the practice, their services, schedule, insurance, etc! The nurses doing the intake are also quite friendly, with a very warm smile, no matter what time of day you might be seen, considering the long hours they work on their feet, that says a lot about their attitudes, & how they value their jobs, & the patients that they see. Very rarely is the wait any longer than 30 minutes! My absolute favorite person to see their, is Miss. Wendy! She is absolutely wonderful, very personable, & makes you feel comfortable! She never makes me wait for her, for more than a few minutes while she finishes up with her other patients.
