It was packed but the man working the front desk kept his cool. We would have liked to see somone spray the counter down but masks and hand sanitizer were readily available. Didn't wait too long before a nurse (or maybe student) took me back- super sweet, professional and caring. The physician who treated me- was the same. They were busy but he took time to answer all my questions. I felt confident in his analysis and reccomendations. I guess this is a training facility but It's like a mini hospital here- you go back into a room w/ separate bays (looks like an ER). I'm not letting some place especially like this one jab needles into me without knowing English. Furthermore, Nelson Teledo finally refers me to a specialist. However, he picks his buddy who can't see me for a month. I'm so tired of the conflict of interest in this industry. What kind of doctor refers someone to a specialist that can't take patients for another month. The bottom line is they're only interested in hell on people who speak Spanish. They proceeded to take the necessary steps to help me by taking my vitals, asking me to do different movements to access my limitations due to the pain, I was given a injection in my hip, that really help to ease my pain where I was able to sleep, also an X-ray was ordered, where he came on 1/25 he was on time, very helpful where he had to make things work in the space he had, with no available bed, he did an excellent job.
