The doctors and assistants hardly understand English. They tell me little information at a time when they could just tell me everything at once. This is sad they don't and this needs to be fixed. Doctor didn't understand anything I said. Didn't care as soon as he learned he had to use his English. Doctor said I'll get an X-ray but then the front desk looks at me clueless. They handed me a medical device for something else and didn't explain a thing. It's almost like I was bothering people with my presence. I'll have to change my primary care doctor. Not satisfied. All I needed was a referral and they didn't give me any doctors. If you're American then don't come here. They're not looking out for us because they don't know English! They can't tell me anything. The only English Nelson the doctor knew was blood work. He was so persistent about me doing blood work and hardly acknowledged why I came here at all. I'm not letting some place especially like this one jab needles into me without knowing English. Furthermore, Nelson Teledo finally refers me to a specialist. However, he picks his buddy who can't see me for a month. I'm so tired of the conflict of interest in this industry. What kind of doctor refers someone to a specialist that can't take patients for another month. The bottom line is they're only interested in hell on people who speak Spanish. If you speak English they will minimize their jobs.
