But sometimes, there are mixups. For whatever reason my HSA card wasn't working. I couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone, so I had to leave with no help. I'd already had a bad migraine for 2 days. This did not help. I'd been there multiple times recently and had no issues with payment. But getting billed was not an option, so zero medical attention for me. I guess it's really not urgent "care." It's more urgent payments, then see what happens. I suppose it's not the biggest deal in the world, but it's very unpleasant when you're already not feeling well. There were other small issues, but nothing as disappointing as today bad experiences.

Even though they were clearly busy, everyone was incredibly kind, efficient, and welcoming. Amy, the NP, was absolutely wonderful -- so professional, compassionate, and thorough. The manager and front desk girls were amazing as well, keeping everything running smoothly and making me feel truly taken care of from the moment I walked in. What really stood out was how well everyone worked together as a team when things got hectic. You could tell they genuinely care about their patients and about supporting each other, and that made a huge difference in my experience. On top of all that, the facility is extremely clean, which always makes me feel even more comfortable and confident in the care I'm receiving. I truly appreciate all of them and highly recommend this urgent care. I will definitely be coming back here in the future if I ever need anything urgent!

I am generally a fan of BayCare and its physicians. When I needed an x-ray after a fall, I…read morenaturally picked a BayCare facility. The people were mostly great, and the care met the standards I would expect. However, the system works poorly. First, the "save my spot in line" process is poorly done. I signed up, got no confirmation, and could never check the status. When I called to see if I was really in line, I was told my the person who answered that she didn't know how it worked. I never got the promised text with 30 minutes warning of my appointment time. When I arrived I was taken back quickly, but then forgotten. I sat for over an hour in the little room before I had to open the door and ask if someone was going to see me. They had forgotten about me. The doctor was fine, and apologetic. Then it was another 30+ minutes to get an x-ray. Then another 30+ minutes to hear from the doctor. Then another 45 minutes to get a tetanus shot (they apologized for forgetting me again), and then when it was finally time to leave they told me I never did the required paperwork on arrival and I had to stay to do that. In short -- I was there for over 3 hours to get an x-ray and a shot, with an appointment. They admitted forgetting I was there twice. They said something about not scrolling far enough on the computer. It was busy -- but something is clearly broken there. I think the staff here was potential to be great, but maybe is let down by the patient management systems in place and general management of the facility.

Tom Terrific here with another honest review…read more I was in need of a new doctor as the diagnostic clinic was clsoing. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Faltas's office a month in advance. The office sent me all he papers to fill out ahead of time and i took 20 minutes to do that. On the day of my 10:15 am appointment I arrived at 10 am as they told me to come 15 minutes ahead of time. I walked in and no one greeted me. There was a staffer behind the window but she never said a word to me. I stood there for a minute but it didn't look like I was going to be told what to do. So I sat in one of their chairs in the waiting room. And I sat. After 49 minutes ( I timed it) someone came out and asked me my name. She had a mask on! I'm hard of hearing and I asked her to repeat the questions and she pulled down the mask. She said they would be with me shortly. I walked over to the staffer at the counter and said, "I'm Tom *******. I don't think this is the place for me. I'm leaving." When I got home there was a message on my landline. THEY ASKED ME IF I WAS COMING!!!! Looks like I dodged a bullet. Dr. Wael Faltas - NOT RECOMMENDED.
