I took her across the street because her throat hurt so bad she thought a slush would feel good from 7/11. We went in and she passed out and medics had to be called. All this within 5 minutes of leaving Minute Clinic where she was diagnosed with a common cold. By the way, it was strep and the fever caused her to faint. But MC wouldn't know because they didn't check!!

I love the big circles and the open stairs. I was able to locate the office and check in without any issues. The appointment was well done and was not delayed wihch was very nice, as well. Leaving was easy; no one was standing around lost, and there was smooth traffic flow. Not anyone waiting long for anything, nice. Another lady had been brought by ambulance as well. She had brought in by ambulance as well. After four and a half hours and after a "patient" (he was faking everything) was taken back being there less than an hour. I voiced my complaints and asked if I would be billed if I left to go to a facility that could see me. The reply was "we're NOT treating you today." She never replied when I asked why I was not informed I would not be treated. I pointed to the lady who had been waiting longer than I have. The "person" at the desk either was indifferent and has no business working in a hospital or they are in a position they are grossly underqualified for. I saw a sign that said nobody is turned away for treatment due to inability to pay. There must be a law that says they can deny people WITH the ability to pay. That is the only reason I was told I "Was not being treated today". So, four hours in a filthy waiting room with staff that are either indifferent at best or sociopaths at worth when it comes to watching people suffer and "patients" who do not feel insurance is necessary and drive-up hospital costs for the rest of us. If you are brought into their ER with a life-threatening condition where minutes are crucial to survival, they'll likely wheel you into that waiting room and hope you hang on for at the very least five hours. Good luck. You may be told "we're not treating you today".

I was able to go in, and they saw the bite marks and made sure I was up to date on my tetanus shot. They were able to clean it bite and order some cream from the pharmacy that was a little stronger than just over-the-counter cream. It was able to see a difference in a few days. There is hardly a scare left at this point. I am not sure how it is now the doctor was super nice and so was the nurse.

So I am talking in regard to the imaging center. I had to go and get a 3T MRI, which is not every…read moreplace. It's instead of having to have contrast. The location is great in that it's close to a lot of stores and retail. The parking lot is big, and there are many options, and the entire way is all ADA complaint with have it easy to get in with and without any wheelchair or walker as well. Uopn enterig they ladies in the front are very nice and welcoming. I was able to sign in and take a seat, now this is where it can gett a bit frustrating for waiting for one's turn. However dont blame the tech or nurses its really the patients before you that are the ones that can hold up progress. If the first person it laste, that is a huge domino effect on everyone else. My nurse came and share hat it was going to be a small wait, but was great with sharing that early in the process. There was a different nurse that did brieng out a lady who was in a wheelchair and did not really thing aobut placement of where she was parking the wheelchair. I think having a location that is for the wheelchairs users might be helpful for many reasons. That way, no one is going to trip over them, and they can move around without any worry about bumping anyone. Also, the person smelled very strongly of smoke, and that gave me a very strong headache. Anyway, the nurse came back and took me back. She gave a good time for my ride to come back as well. Going back, the hallways are clean and big no having to do any ninja skills to go past someone. There was a small room where you went to answer some questions, and if you were getting an IV, that was the place as well. The nurse was so nice, she got me a warm blanket as it was super cold back there. It's to keep gems down for sure, then it was my turn. There is a place to lock up anything that is metal and that can not go into the MRI room with you. The key goes with the tech till you're done, as they keep that in a room that is not in the location of the MRI. Going into the room, she was not joking; it was freezing, but they had you lie down in whatever position they needed you to get into. Then they have you wear headphones that help cut the noise down. Once all set, they slide the bed in. Let me tell you, if you feel like panicing try not to, but talk and communicate what you need. I did not realize that I was super costerphocphic. anyway the tech and nurses were amazing and got me out and talked with me about doing it at the main hospital, where they can do different medications. I was able to get my stuff, and they walked me out to make sure that I was able to connect with my ride. Super amazing people in the building, and well keep clean and nice. I have been going to other places that seemed well conserving, and this was the opposite, it was a palce were you can tell they strive for great patient care.

The place was not busy as it was quiet as a morgue. I'm sure she'll not care, nor will LMC, since they value doctors above all others and treat them as gods. I'll take my business to Prisma next time I have an issue on the weekend.
