Two days later I came down with the flu. This is the only place other than my home I had been. Needless to say- there was no proper dis-infecting from the previous patient. Then several weeks later I receive two bills in the mail (one for me & one for my daughter) both for $89 for a "NEW PATIENT MEDIUM VISIT" I was never made aware at any point during my visit that I would be charged this fee. Called the 800# and was told my information would be forwarded to billing and someone would get back to me. CVS has always been more expensive than Walgreens but from time to time I would shop there. This is no longer the case. I will never return to the store or the clinic.

The lady running the clinic on 12/06/25 was just awful. She arrived 10 minutes after opening and…read moredidn't see the first patient until almost 30 minutes after opening. I was sick with strep and waited 2.5 hours just for her to rudely tell me she wasn't going to see me today. There was no one else waiting and the last person left 10 minutes prior. I asked "you couldn't try to squeeze me in?" and she just said "nope, bye!" and walked away. I work in healthcare so I understand the stress, but this interaction with a sick patient was just disgusting. The Prisma urgent care down the street helped me in 20 minutes and with a much better attitude.

I was able to go in, and they saw the bite marks and made sure I was up to date on my tetanus shot. They were able to clean it bite and order some cream from the pharmacy that was a little stronger than just over-the-counter cream. It was able to see a difference in a few days. There is hardly a scare left at this point. I am not sure how it is now the doctor was super nice and so was the nurse.

The wait time was only a little longer than I would've wanted it to be, but with new appointment it's to be expected. The staff was super nice and efficient and, I appreciate that. I was able to leave knowing what the plan was for my health and how to take care of myself. I was listen to which is huge. I left there around 5:43 PM.
