I endured the pain long enough to call my insurance co. and find out what they'd recommend. ER or Urgent Care was response, and MD Now came up first on her list of approved In-Network facilities. When I got there, they immediately received my information. The reception intake agent was very amicable. Next I was seen by Lean C. who was very kind and attentive to know the details about the injury and explain the specifics on pain, etc. X-Ray Tech Estella was most accommodating on the sensitivity of the painful positioning for the X-Ray and patiently worked with me to get what was needed. I confided to her how impressed I was with the whole operation, from beginning to end. Except for the inability of the software to accept my insurance card images when I tried to check in online, I would call the experience absolutely surprisingly top-drawer quality and customer-centric. The place was clean, even the background music seemed to be aligned to my preferences. Like, there wasn't anything more they could have done to make my experience any better. Thank you Lean and Estella, for a great first experience of an "emergency". From all the stories I hear about hospitals, I don't know why anyone would even think to go anywhere else. You guys rock.

They prescribed antibiotics and a cream and handed me my discharge papers. I had to ask for a bandage and put it on. Noone cleaned or even rebandaged or cared at all about my well being. That place has no sense of compassion for it's patients. There were no other patients in the whole place and for good reason. Will not recommend.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with the Pembroke Pines Location…read more Overall, the RN and NP who assisted me were wonderful, and I found the InstyMeds process impressive and convenient. However, during the video chat portion, I was asked "From what country are you from?" and when I responded that I was born in Puerto Rico, I was then asked, "Are you a resident alien or a U.S. citizen?" As you may know, individuals born in Puerto Rico are U.S. citizens at birth. Being asked whether I was an immigrant or a citizen felt unnecessary, especially since I had already presented my valid government-issued ID and insurance card at the front desk. I understand that verification scripts may be standardized for all patients, but the way the question was phrased was confusing and could make patients from Puerto Rico feel singled out or misidentified. I respectfully suggest that the language be reviewed and adjusted to ensure clarity and sensitivity for all U.S. citizens, including those from U.S. territories. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and for the excellent care your team provided.

He's patient, he listens to you and he thoroughly explains things to you, He's definitely not one of those Drs who just prescribes you medication and tells you to come back in a couple of weeks. Keep in mind that this is a walk in clinic so they can be a wait but if you have an appt the wait really isn't too bad. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is from a couple of issues relating to the staff (not calling in meds, kind of a big deal). I recently started physical therapy here and can honestly say the physical therapists really have getting you feeling better as their top priority.

The admin assistants were then dealing with a heavier set lady (who worked there) with short curly hair who spoke to them like them were dirt on her shoe. All loud and aggressive for the entire waiting room to watch and feel uncomfortable. So no wonder the front of house staff treats people coming in the door terribly when that's how they are treated internally. We wasted time filling out all documents and sitting for an hour before being told being seen here would be a liability because he had already had a surgery on his clavicle. All we wanted was to review his pain management and wound care. Not to mention the place is FILTHY from the outside. You are a dollar sign to these people. And I'm not even sure they have qualified enough staff. Overall nightmare.
