When I arrived at the parking lot, I checked-in via a QR code that was on a window sign. It took me to a portal to complete paperwork and that took only a minute or two since I had not been there before. After I submitted the paperwork, I got a text message indicating that it was received and then another text a minute later indicating that everything good with the paperwork. I settled in by turning on a podcast in my car and dug into a magazine. About 5 minutes later, somebody came outside and called a name. My window was up and I assumed it was somebody who arrived before me. But when she called out the name again, I rolled down the window and to my suprise, it was my turn to go in. I was taken to a room where somebody immediately took vitals and a history of my illness. She did a quick covid and flu test. It took about 10 minutes to get the results back and a doctor (RN?) came in to give me the good news - no covid, no influenza but she asked more questions as to my symptoms and wound up writing my an Rx for cough drops and inhaler. Overall, a quick experience, especially in this time of covid and various protocols implemented. I would definitely come here again.

I have been calling on my friend's behalf, we have submitted their ROI (release of information) for them to be able to talk to me, and they can't locate the ROI, and still will not discuss the bill with me, in spite of doing exactly what they required. A patient should not have to fight a $672 bill for routine testing in the first place, and here we are trying to rectify it and can't even get anyone to help. This is a really poor way to serve clients. Highly disappointed.

DO's for general medical and family care are BETTER! Primecare of Novi knows how to care for people and children. I also like the fact that there are a few women in this practice. Every one of these doctors is super nice as well.

Johnstone and Summers - both highly competent and compassionate doctors. Their on-site Quest Diagnostics phlebotomist, Mona, is also a pleasure to work with. The amazing docs are the reason for our loyalty to this clinic. Have written to the office manager about the other annoyances with no response. As the front office interaction and long wait times may only have a temporary effect on blood pressure, with no long term adverse impact to health, we continue to tolerate them. If you are unable to set aside 2-3 hours to see a doc, this clinic is probably not for you. The other option of the times is telemedicine appointments, when your situation allows, which can significantly reduce your wait time or afford you some flexibility while you wait.
