When I arrived at the parking lot, I checked-in via a QR code that was on a window sign. It took me to a portal to complete paperwork and that took only a minute or two since I had not been there before. After I submitted the paperwork, I got a text message indicating that it was received and then another text a minute later indicating that everything good with the paperwork. I settled in by turning on a podcast in my car and dug into a magazine. About 5 minutes later, somebody came outside and called a name. My window was up and I assumed it was somebody who arrived before me. But when she called out the name again, I rolled down the window and to my suprise, it was my turn to go in. I was taken to a room where somebody immediately took vitals and a history of my illness. She did a quick covid and flu test. It took about 10 minutes to get the results back and a doctor (RN?) came in to give me the good news - no covid, no influenza but she asked more questions as to my symptoms and wound up writing my an Rx for cough drops and inhaler. Overall, a quick experience, especially in this time of covid and various protocols implemented. I would definitely come here again.

I have been calling on my friend's behalf, we have submitted their ROI (release of information) for them to be able to talk to me, and they can't locate the ROI, and still will not discuss the bill with me, in spite of doing exactly what they required. A patient should not have to fight a $672 bill for routine testing in the first place, and here we are trying to rectify it and can't even get anyone to help. This is a really poor way to serve clients. Highly disappointed.

They are usually really good about getting me in same day if I need to be seen and am not particular about which doctor I see. If I want to see my Doc or one of the other ones I prefer sometimes I have to wait until the following day. There usually isn't that much of a wait once I get there. You can usually email them if you have any questions about medications or concerns. Most of the physicians are very patient and don't rush you and will let you ask about other medical/health concerns that aren't necessarily the reason you came in and not make you feel rushed. Sorry I'm not naming names, sometimes you just don't mesh well with certain people. I don't want to tarnish someone based on my preferences.

The wait was about 1.5 hours in the front wait area and about an hour in the exam room. There was one medical assistant and one physician assistant provider this weekend day between Christmas and New Years. The staff were both friendly, kind, and professional. The PA was very thorough and answered all our questions. They have some medication available on site for purchase. The remainder of the prescription would be sent to a preferred local pharmacy.
