My wife made an appointment on line for a Covid test and recieved a confirmation number for a specific MinuteClinic. Got to the pharmacy/clinic early and after 20 wasted minutes was told they no longer do the test. They claim they told this to CVS yet they still send patients there. Had to go to another MinuteClinic which told us they constantly receive confirmed patients for Covid tests from other MinuteClinics which no longer perform the test. Wasted well over two hours to get a simple test that is suppose to be rapid. Called the MinuteClinic customer service line and waited over 40 minutes for someone to answer who told me it was all CVS's fault. Called CVS customer service and put on hold for over 15 minutes and told someone will get back to me. I am not holding my breath. As soon as more than one entity is involved with a foul up they will all point the finger at another entity. NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! ATROTIOUS CUSTOMER 'SERVICE'. read more

Made my appointment with no problem. It was at 3:50 toward end of the day. That may have played a part in the problem. I have Medicare Part A and B as well as G and D. The cna who tried to check me in first couldn't find me as checked-in but I had written proof that I had checked in. He finally found me after a few minutes. Then the cna told me that he couldn't find Medicare as an insurance in the system and that my card must be expired. This was after he said he couldn't find the Medicare i.d. number that was clearly written on the center of the card. After he entered my number, he was convinced that it was expired and showed me the start date that was last year. I have never seen such incompetence when trying to check in to an appointment. No ONE MADE ANY ATTEMPT TO CALL MEDICARE TO VERIFY. My Medicare is not expired. I ended up leaving and not being able to see the doctor. I know I have a sinus infection as have had them in the past. I will never go back there. Extreme incompetence or just apathy...not sure which. read more

This place is great! So "held my place in line" from the website, I filled out the necessary info at around 9:45am and they said my appt was set for 11:15. It sent me a text message and email with my details for arrival. Once I arrived I checked in via the computer and it put me second in line, only waiting about 12 min. Sweet!! I had to get a Health screening for work and had my documentation with me since they do not charge since my company uses cvs. My appt was with a nurse practitioner and she was great, the mostly do physicals, screenings and general cold etc. this is perfect for me if my PcP is too busy or not open. They do not charge urgent care prices for the co-pay, only what the copay would be for your personal physician. Bonus! I was in and out of there within 30 minutes, no 1/2 day waiting in the doctors office. I know I will be using this more and would have never known of it wasn't for my health screening. 5/5 Even though getting this appointment was a little awkward, as the site said the service was walk-in only. However, in these times of COVID, it was a better experience than what I had across the street at Wellstar. I saw the nurse practitioner, Melanie Tubb, that made me want to write a review. Melanie showed me empathy that is often lacking from medical professionals these days. I initially wanted a flu test, but she informed me that it wasn't the best option for me and why. She not only gave me OTC options instead of immediately giving an antibiotic and steroid (as most medical professionals do) but she also listened to my specific issues that weren't related to my initial reason for visiting and provided amazing advice regarding. If it weren't for these COVID times, I would have hugged Melanie. She is a shining light that will keep me returning to this location in hopes to see her again. Additionally, I used the customer service via text option, and they were quick and informative. read more

Walked in with an issue that clearly wasn't related to COVID and I was refused to be seen by the physician. Instead I was shipped off to an urgent care where my bill was exponentially more costly when all I had was a tonsil issue. I understand being cautious, but refusing to even temp me or ask about any of my symptoms to try and determine if I'm an "at risk case" as the physician stated they would have easily been able to tell that I have no symptoms related to Covid as all throat discomfort is specific to the tonsils. Absolutely do not recommend this facility and I certainly will take any issues in the future to a place that's more competent in their medical practices. read more

Walked in at 12:15 because their lunch hours state 1:30-2:30pm. However, the time to see a physician was 198 minutes due to lunch, even though online their lunch hours remain at 1:30-2:30 and inside the store it's 1:30-2:30. What a joke. Save your time and don't visit this location. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I had the option. If you make an appointment and Judy is working, I would run. She has no bedside manner, which is fine if you are doing your job right. I went in because my eye was bothering me. She didn't really even care for me to explain what was going on and told me I had pink eye. Not only that, but she acted like I had some kind of incurable disease and I was infecting everything I touched. She was being incredibly rude. Anyway, turns out I didn't even have pink eye!!!!!!!! I had an ulcer on my eye, which was improperly treated. So now, I have permanent scarring on my eye, and blurry vision. Thanks Judy. I will never forget you. read more

When I woke up with my eye crusted shut for the second day in a row (TMI, should've warned you, sorry), I thought I probably had pink eye. Since I don't have an internist/general practitioner, I looked for the fastest, easiest way to get the treatment that I needed. This Minute Clinic is only 5 miles from my office. At 10:30 on a summer Tuesday morning, there was no one in line. I checked in using the electronic system that's just outside the door. The NP was on the phone at the time, and by the time she hung up, she was attending to me. It's nice that the registration is electronic so that your record is loaded into the system. Based on the questions asked, the implication is that now I can go to any Minute Clinic, and my info will already be there. After scanning my ID and my insurance card, she asked me triage questions, then checked my vitals, then examined my eyes. After confirming that I wouldn't have any interactions with any current medications, she called in the prescription to the attached pharmacy. While I did have to update my info in the pharmacy's system (apparently it doesn't talk to each other, probably HIPPA/privacy rules), I was in and out in less than an hour and for $50 ($20 for the co-pay and $30 for the scrip). Much easier than finding a GP. At the Minute Clinic website, they list the things that they'll treat, and it's pretty much all the stuff that you can self-diagnose fairly easily but need a prescription to treat. #Yelp365 - 179/365 read more

Now tonight the system allows me to sign in and I wait but due to the delay the nurse asked me to come back tomorrow. I explained I just want cough syrup for a cold. Good if you can't get an appointment with your doctor, but I don't like the fact that they advertise $89-$139 and all 4 times I have gone there I was charged $139, for a cold, a sinus infection, and twice for poison ivy. Count on $139 no matter what. read more

Guess I should have read the reviews huh? Signed up online night before and was to be there at 10:55 for 11AM appt. got there ten min early and signed in and screen showed a 36 min wait. No big deal. Others showed up and were let in before me. Was told twice that I would be next. A girl came in and said she had signed in at 9:30 that morning on screen and was let in before me also. Huh?? She knew how to beat the system. Go in early and sign in on the screen and beat others ahead of you.. Hmmm.., anyway, after 90 minutes I was let in and out after total two hours and told to go to the hospital emergency room.. Another 8 hour wait.. What a fun day!! read more

We checked in online and hour before and it gave us a confirmed appointment of 2:35. We arrived and gave us another 25 minute wait time. It's been an hour and still have not seen the nurse. The walk in wait time states 25 minutes. This is ridiculous I can understand running 10 minutes behind but an hour is unacceptable. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Had a booked appointment for which I arrived ten minutes early. Waited for over an hour only to get an email saying my appointment was canceled. No further explanation. Just canceled, you're done. The walk-in service wait at that point was an hour. Never go here for medical attention. read more

This place is a joke. I just spent 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting to be seen then when the other patient finally left, the "doctor" started checking in inventory with zero explanation and zero concerns that three people had been waiting for an hour. Just because it's a clinic doesn't mean people need to be treated so badly. A little communication goes a long way. read more

My first time at a "minute clinic." I searched online where to have sutures removed and this popped up. I signed in around 11am (on SATURDAY,) shopped, left to get my car washed, and right as I walked back in I got a text saying I was next and had 30 minutes to show. A+ for accurate wait list! Thank you, Dr. Ashley, for quickly and carefully taking care of me! A big thanks to you and any other practitioners who spend all day in a box [very small room behind a closed door in which all services are rendored] to make our lives a little better!! A+ for service and price- I had a LOT of stitches removed and got my flu shot for $120.... way better than the typical "doc-in-a-box" urgent care facility. Thank you! read more

Saturday rolls around making 3 days of no sleep from coughing and coughing and ... you guessed it.. coughing. and I had had enough. I got there at 1:20. They to go lunch from 130-200pm, so after a few coughs and sniffles she comes out to tell me she will be going to lunch and i could come back in 30 min. Thank you no, I will wait right here :) SO she comes back after lunch, brings me right back. I let her now whats been going on.. no sleep, not able to stop coughing even after spending stupid amount on Delsyum which tastes like poo.. and Robitussin... and whatever other crap I bought, that didn't work.. ($30.00 later) she told me I had Bronchitis,and apparently had an ear infection i had managed to aggravate into poping a hole into the ear drum. She took extra time to go over the meds she was giving me vs the meds I was on and how they could interact, went ahead and called it back to the pharmacy,. and sent me on my way. She was nice and direct and although im not feeling stellar, I dont still feel as bad as I did, and ive been getting a lot more sleep :) read more

I took my daughter to this clinic for eye issue. It turns out this clinic can't exam or check anything for her and advice her to see eye doctor as this is not what they treat. At the end, we were given a bill for refer service. We don't need any refer for seeing eye doctor as we will anyway check with other doctor if they can't do anything. We used the MD service and don't get charged if it is not in the scope for their service. But CVS clinic charges if they cann't treat you by asking you to other doctor. There is no way I can get to talk to someone by the cvs clinic phone prior and after the visit. The phone service is really bad. Don't go to cvs clinic if you aren't sure if they can provide service. read more
